How do you lose a day or 2? The flight from Bogota to Medellin is 30 minutes. Facebook is a Medellin thing, not a Bogota thing.
Thanks, that's a shame. I guess SA it is.
I mean that I will lose the first night in MDE and then will fly back the day before my flight from Bogota back home. So I'll lose the first and last night in MDE, which takes me to only 4 nights in MDE. Yes, I can spend those nights in Bogota, but you have the transit / airport / flight / settling into new hotel time, which does add up. It just seems a lot of extra time wasted for a 6-day trip.

I have always counted my day of arrival and return as a lost day and never tried to cram in another city into a short trip. However, some guys travel very lite and if you have the good fortune of the flight schedules falling into perfect place, it might work. Be safe.
Hi all.
I'm hoping to travel to Bogota in May. I'm working through the prevous pages of this forum. But I'm starting with very little knowledge. I had planned Medellin last year but that fell through due to work commitments. This time, I was planning a trip to Havana, and I've spent a month or so planning for that, but I'm going cold on the idea, especially as I'll be flying from the US so have the extra hassle that entails.
I started looking at Medellin but the cost of flights are almost double what they are to literally anywhere else in the area (like $1,000+ CAD). Flights to Bogota are half the price. I can take a cheap internal flight but I only have 6 days as it is and don't want to lose another day or two to internal travel. So, Bogota it is!
Just wondering if anyone has any intel on any facebook profiles to start hunting for friends? There is a good network for Medellin to get started but I haven't been able to find anything similar for Bogota. I had lined up a number of very good potentials for my Medellin trip through facebook trawling. All I need is a profile or two to get started. Can anyone help?
So far, from what I've read, Mezzanine is high on my list of places to visit. I'm also hoping to get an airbnb and look to some of the escort sites and (hopefully) FB. I don't want to go down the SA route if I can avoid it.
I'm not really a club guy but will check out SF also. Woodman, if you are around in May, and don't mind, I would like to hit you up for some company!
If anyone else is likely to be there during the last couple of weeks of May, let me know too. I haven't been to Colombia before, so it is a little intimidating as a solo traveller. I've been to many mongering destinations (Tijuana, Germany, Netherlands, Thailand) but Colombia is a whole other ball game!
Thanks!
Depending on your arrival time in Bogota you should be able to find a flight to Medellin same day. There are many flight usually. And generally they were less than 100 dollars one way, sometimes much less. I understand that on the return flight you would want to be in Bogota the day before. Keeps options open in case you miss the flight back to Bog or something.
Be sure your Airbnb allows guests if you want that. Only way to know is to ask the host. "House rules" on airbnb will sometimes be clear (be sure to scroll down or check more until you get to the end of rules), but even then it is better to ask.
Heads up on "mezzanine" massage place versus SF. They are a long ways apart. Bogota is a big city. Taxi is best option for a short stay in Bogota.

Travel tips for Bogota
Here are some of my tips and observations while in Bogota.
Uber is my preferred mode of transportation, especially if you don't speak Spanish. The prices are great and given upfront. Keep in mind when it rains, it's harder to get one. I had to use Cabify once when Uber took too long. I heard changing the payment method to cash will help, but I didn't try it.
Be wary of the taxi drivers at the airport. Some will try to charge you more because you've just arrived and don't know the prices. Ask them upfront. An hour drive only cost me 20 K + tip on Uber.
Definitely try out as many restaurants as you can. The food is cheap and there's a lot of variety. Use Google Maps to find different ones near you. If you want delivery, download Rappi app. Tipping at restaurants is 10% and added to the bill if you ask. Some places will call it "service included" or "voluntary tip". I used the Google translation app to ask for voluntary tip most of the time. Meals are cheap, so tips are just a few dollars and always appreciated by the staff.
Colombians dress nicer than Americans. The only people I saw in sweats are younger guys and people going to the gym. You don't need to dress up though. I pretty much wore what I wear on business casual Fridays: casual button-up, polo, sweater, jeans, chinos, and boots / sneakers. You could pretty much go anywhere with those combinations. I wore t-shirts too, so it's not like you need to follow any dress code. I dressed a little more nicely when I went on a dinner date with two girls. But it was just a dress shirt that I tucked into black chinos. I would also recommend boots because Colombians are shorter than Westerners and woman considered me tall even though I'm 5'10. With boots, I'm closer to 6 feet and they liked it.

Has someone ever been in the massage parlors inside the El Dorado Lounge, the VIP room in the Bogota airport? I'm here now, alone, and there was a cute girl insisting me so much about a massage. She told me she would do it "super rico why super especial" and smiled to me all the time. But I'm so sure there won't be sex involved here, and I wouldn't pay for just a massage. I'm guessing she was just the average good mood Colombian girl trying to sell an overpriced massage without sex nor happy ending. But if someone has experience I'd love to know.
I am like you (Never been to Bogota, but going in a month and am willing to pay a premium for upscale experiences. ) and with all the research I have done on this group here is the list I have come up with for clubs / spas to find girls who are better looking.
Since I have never been to Bogota I will let the experienced mongers comment on these.
Flirt Hotel: https://www.facebook.com/FlirtHotelBogota/.
Paisas https://www.facebook.com/paisascluboficial/.
Loutron https://www.facebook.com/loutronbogota.
Fiebre https://www.instagram.com/explore/locations/583407471/colombia/bogota-colombia/fiebre-club/..
The list is not complete at all, many, many sites missing. But yes it's hard to gather them all.
I've been to most of the places in your list so here are my comments:
High end sites.
Lido: Too expensive and the same girls you find on other places.
Flirt Hotel: Never been there.
Loutron: A bit expensive for Colombian standards, but girls are fine. Best rooms if you care about that.
Middle Tier.
Absolut Spa: Massage Parlor. You will find the greatest amount of good looking girls for sure here. No need to "hunt", you just ask for a "presentación" and you will have 10 or more gorgeous girls modeling for you. The hardest is to remember the names of all the girls you'd love to fuck. Also goes on the expensive side by Colombian standards though.
Angelos VIP: A night club. So it's better to go on Friday or Saturday night. More expensive that SF but not as expensive as the other sites above.
Low cost.
Fiebre, Paisas, Troya: These are all night clubs in the SF neighborhood. As others have said already you can find stunning girls there for just 70 k or 80 k, but you need to hunt. There are also many girls I wouldn't fuck for free there. If you actually go upstairs to the rooms with one of the girls here it will be a very quick 10-15 minutes fuck. You need to take their private numbers if you want to truly enjoy their bodies.
Why do you think that your research is the best? Just SF clubs are OK.
Wow no need to be rude, dude. Mtljay did an ok job there. Yes many missing places but it's hard to find updated information about all the prostitution there is in Bogota. SF might be best if you speak spanish and are able to get girls' numbers and convince them to go to your hotel room. If you can't do that you will fuck cheaply but for just for 10-15 minutes. Idk about you, but I like to have more time to truly enjoy a woman's body. I like to kiss them in the mouth, pussy, even eat their assess if we are going to do anal and if I see them clean (and the best for that is to make them shower in your own private room).
Monday during the day check out la mezzanine, there are a few shops in this building, many posts on here about this place for you to read.
https://spapremiumcolombia.wixsite.com/masajes
As I said in another post I recently (February 2022) went to ALL the mezanines and couldn't find a girl I'd pay to fuck. Before the pandemic I had been in mezanines many times, maybe I was unlucky that day, or maybe the pandemic killed those sites. Some of them BTW went total bankrupt.
To the Medellin guy: I agree with you. 5 days is not enough to go to Bogota AND Medellin. I'd also stay just in Bogota. You need to take into account the airport is not in Medellin but in Rionegro, so you need a 2 hour car drive from Rionegro to Medellin and back. Also airports worldwide suck, even if the flight is 30 minutes long you waste so much time and money going to the airport going through all the security checks, lines etc. I'd also just stick to one city for a short trip.

Santa Fe Monday Nifhr
Went last night, had a coupe drinks at some tiny bar without a name and then went into Troya, was nice good amount of girls. Went into Paisas and was surprised there wasn't anyone inside (no girls, no customers, nothing) I know it was a Monday night but still was surprised.
Went back into Troya and got a dance by a girl and few more drinks but went home relatively early. Tonight I'll probably check out Pussy House or go back to Santa Fe to check out Fiebre.

High end sites...
It's a good info, the only problem is; #1 no one can say who will work at any casa today until a girl come to work. #2 It is better to be #1 dick of the day than #2 (at least for some people) #3 My experience: I fucked a pole dancer at Paisas one day and I was #1 dick on that day and she was 7/10. The next day was Sunday and that was slow anywhere and that was around 5 pm. I texted the same pole dancer, and she repyed that she is at the Paisa club now. And 15 min later I saw her. I fucked her but she was like she had 10-15 dicks before me + no shower. That is why, my opinion on the subject: you can go to any place or website, if you have past experience how to deal and how to book girls, you are OK. + I buy Bogota girls at photoprepagos and online agencies for 5-10 years. I see 90% of the same pics and the same profiles as 5 years ago. If you know 5 month can make a huge difference how a girl looks. She can be 10/10 and 5 months later, I don't want fuck her even if she pay me some money.

On the same days Troya is opened but very slow. They pay to a few dancers, to come and dance with big intervals but even in the men's wash room they try to save on the utility bill, there is no water at the washroom.

On other side, there are a ton of mongers who tried to follow a motivational advice and got less than average experience (wasted their trip). But unfortunately they don't share their experiences here.

Typically I always fly in on Thursday night to Bogotá and party 3 great nights in Santa Fe then fly to Medellin on Sunday for some sun and warmth. Over the past 3 trips I have built a collection of what's app contact numbers for slower days. Tinder plus works as well. I've matched a lot of girls. Also if you search their instagram and follow them.
If they post it on tinder. I have pulled a few gorgeous girls just by commenting on their story or pictures with a heart and compliment. Five minutes later I'm given their what's app and the run down. Monday to Wednesday is good at la Isla girls club in Medellin lots of girls and the ratio of customers to girls is beneficial. Otherwise on weekends your dreams Girl will be already shacked up sitting with a group of guys getting drunk. . I find they have better girls on the weekdays but park Lleras is slower. Lleras is only good on weekends.

Street Action
There is ton of information on Santa Fe but minimal information on other areas.
Maps suggest street action in Barrio Carvajal area and about 3-5 casas / bars and 2 strip clubs but I have not seen any recent reviews of this area.
Also calle 62 and calle 67 in Capinero has street scene marked on the map along with good number of motels and casas. Can anyone comment or have recently visited any of these areas?

Tried to message you
Hey guys,
Bogota is popping my solo trip cherry starting March 14-17. Still exploring places to stay but I'm thinking a hotel in the Tuquendama suites / hotel. Any updates advice for a first time solo traveler? If you're in the area and want a wingman, I'd be happy to accompany you.
Hey,
I tried to message you to coordinate but it looks like you don't have a subscription. We cannot coordinate in the open forum here. There are gas station bitcoin ATMs now that make it super easy.
I can't help with hotel recommendations, but would love to have a wingman. I have been 2 times before.

Santa Fe Wednesday Night
Went again last night after 9 after dinner with co-workers. Hit up Troya, Paisas Fiebre and Venus.
Troya was good as always, had a drink with a couple girls but wasn't vibing so moved on. Paisas still completely dead (I remember it differently from when I was last year a week before covid, but now I'm not sure I'm going to keep giving it a chance). Feibre was ridiculously packed, couldn't even find a seat, they have a good constant show of girls dancing though without a long wait in between like in Troya and also some great girls, but it was crazy packed so I wasn't feeling it. Lastly went to Venus which was new for me it reminded me of Tropical in Tijuana has ever been, girls a little rung below the hottest but the vibe was much better a lot of dancing on and off with many girls (didn't need to get them a drink or anything) and in general just a fun time. Ended up taking this tiiny girl (my type) upstairs,.

Because you went to school and studied botany and earn $1 million dollars, does not mean I will make $1 million dollars if I went to the same school and was in all the same classes with you.
