Are these Hotels and others like them Guest Friendly?

During upcoming trip to KL, I plan to visit BC. I have had the pleasure of being with Pinay, Viet, Indo, Thai, PRC, Russian ladies. But never with ones from Africa.

I read number of reports that the dark talent does frequent BC. Though can be quite agressive.

Has anyone ever had any good experiences with the "chocolate" ladies?

Please do your homework first before you ask some questions. We do try and help, but you have to make some effort too. Especially when it's really not that difficult.

Sometimes I wonder: Benster, you seem familiar enough with the places like ACE and budget hotels there. You're also familiar with the internet or you wouldn't be in this forum. Please also then familiarize yourself with the world of online booking websites like [url]www.agoda.com[/url] Which specialize in cheaper hotel rates. If you check on Agoda, they also have a map so you can check which hotels are nearby where. If you need a pointer, Fraser Place is very close to BC. The map will also mark all the other hotels that they can offer to you and an indicative pricing when you move your mouse over the marker. For anyone who needs to check, I would really recommend that you try this out.

Tank, most hotels in KL are guest friendly. It's not like Bangkok where you may be stopped to register and be charged for bringing someone back. Just don't stay 4 in one bedroom and try and bring back a "guest" each. There's a huge choice of hotels to suit all budgets. Incidentally the website I mentioned above is one that I use myself for quite a few destinations around the world. You can shortlist according to your requirements such as location, facilities (swimming pool, kitchen, minibar, car park etc) , type of room, hotel chain so you can narrow your choices down quickly. Most of the other websites like this also do the same.

Manger for both places is Mr. Achoy.

Principally there is no P & P allowed in this place.

However, there are 'chocolate' & 'armenian' ladies that are there.

The Low end PRC & Vietnamese kinds are not there here.

Wednesday is the 'big' night here.

The SkyBaratthe Traders is a more casual place & does get get a lot of 'casual' walk ins.

It does well & lots of 'younger' kinds too are available here. The 'door'

Policy is a bit 'relaxed'

The Classiest place is Marini's on 57.

Great Place & gets its share of Up Market ladies. 700 to 1200 MYR [approx]

Cannot draw any parallel to BC. That is a 'low end' [tourist trap] place.

I was going in 2 weeks and I postponed my trip for now.

I was pointing on the M. Orient, but now that you told me about Marini 57, I have 2nd thought about where to go.

I searched the Marini site and Expedia and booking. Com but I could not find anywhere an offer for the stay.

All those booking sites don't have the Marini57 on their agenda.

No problem because a simple telephone will do.

There are several hotels within walking distance such as MO, Hyatt, Impiana at KLCC, Ascott among others - but Marinis itself offers no accommodation. The former chef fronting the business is Modesto Marini so you can guess where they got the names of these restaurants and bars from. Food and drinks cost would be considered pretty expensive for KL as a whole. A lot of normal traffic too at Marinis so be careful. Like anywhere in the world though, if you look good enough, know your way around words, or are rich enough, a pick up is always possible.

I know the place to change money is usually at the airport or the hotel. Though this is usually at a poor exchange rate. I made several attempts to do a search in the forum. Unfortunately came up empty handed.

Can anyone recomend a good place near the Shangri-La? Usually one can find these a large shopping centers. If there is one nearby.
