A few watering holes, but nothing great and most of the ladies there are regular women out on a night in town with friends. If you do get lucky, it will be an exception or it will be with a "dog".

Since you are staying there, I would suggest that you take a cab / taxi to KL. Its not to far especially at night when the traffic is less and a trip to Beach Club, which is a one stop centre, will take about 10-15 minutes ride and may cost you around RM 15-20 only.

Its best that you go to beach club around 10. 30 onwards. If you are to early the price is expensive and as the night goes on, the price will come down. Do not exceed RM500 for an over night and only pay in the morning. If you pay in advance, trust me, the girl will give some excuse that her buffalo is sick and she needs to take it the Vet.

Don't waste your tie with other places as you are not a local and you are better off in beach club.

I have been to the beach club, once and didn't really like the scene. I personally feel it's more a place for non malaysians (I say this with the deepest respect, no offence intended) I have been to Ace which was an eye opener and a worth while experience but wouldn't venture there again. If I end up with no plans, I might just take another look at the beach club.
