Trying to look into Paradise inn, but see a website for it anywhere.
I am looking to pay up to 1000 baht..
Oh and another note, Areca Lodge is fully booked. *sigh* I was gonna try and strong arm them for a deal.

I was a bit confused about the rates that are now on the webpage (5000 b for the 2 room villa), and what was in my confirmation email of November (7000 b). A telephone call to the secrets manager cleared this up; Secrets had reduced the rate starting January 1st. I would have paid the initially confirmed rate, of course, but the manager gave me the new rate even without me asking directly. Very accommodating.
The Villa is 15 to 20 mins by taxi from Walking Street, and as it is in a walled in residential area, there really is nothing in its immediate surrounding where you would like to walk to. No quick coffee on the other side of the street. We took the 24h Secrets taxi service most of the time, which functions reasonably well, but you still have to plan ahead a bit.
The walls and trees do not shelter the garden / pool area completely, so you probably will not want to have your large scale orgies with 6 girls from the Hell Club outside in the garden hehe. However, to keep your LT over until late afternoon, play a game of pool (villa has billiard and table tennis) and have an overall good time… the Villa is a great option. Especially for 5000 b for 2 rooms.[/QUOTE]

We wanted to set up a 3 girl / 2 guy thingy with Hells, but my friend got a flue, so we canceled one and I took two out. One anal, but that was just because I liked her (I'm not really into anal). Pick them up at 10 p.m., they stay until 6 a.m. at the minimum. 3000 b per.

I always stay at The Flipper House on Soi 7. The only drawback is no in-room safe, but a good clean hotel for reasonable rates.
It looks pretty nice for the price and right in the middle of Walking Street, is it GF? Anyone stayed there recent?
I'm trying to plan a trip for end of Feb.
asking if a hotel right by walking street is GF is like asking if the POPE is CATHOLIC :)
Decided on Opey De Place. Im gonna stay there for a few days and if it rocks I will keep staying there.
Not a fan of the shower tho, looks tiny.

Ando just some more what is the average food/drink price per day in the villa... On ground I'm just planning the same with a friend (as told), may be with 4/5 girls (and we are bot for anal!!!!).

Breakfast is included, I think for four. There's a reasonable selection of liquor, but we had brought our own. We ate out all the time. There are many restaurants that deliver, there's a booklet in the villa with the menues.
Is Pattaya still pack right now? Thinking about planning a last min trip with a mate of mine. Looking getting to Bangkok around the 28th to 30th, will it be difficult to book? Or should I be alright just to roll in without booking online first with the end of the high season and all.

Anyone tried sunshine hotel or sunbeam hotel?
Sunbeam looks great in the pictures, nice rooms while sunshine looks a little outdated.
Also any experiences with Manita Boutique Hotel Pattaya. I am looking at heading in early next week for the first trip so any help is appreciated.
I am thinking of booking a double bed online, assuming there would be no joiner fee for Sunbeam.

Cheers![/QUOTE]I have stayed in both. I liked the Sunshine Residences better (the new wing, the Sunshine hotel is the old wind). I think they upgraded the rooms since I stayed at Sunbeam in 2006. Last year I stayed at Eastiny Place. This year I will stay at Eastiny Plaza or Sunshine.
