If I remember correctly, 10 real entry got you two drinks, and an hour was 200 real. If you wanted to upgrade the room, it was another 20 or 30 real. They had live music (at least on Friday and Saturday). Maybe 30-40 women. Helps if you speak Portuguese.

For Clinicas I got a list I can pop into during the day.

Try the Trojan BareSkin (regular or Magnum). They are like 80% as good feeling as the Sagamis and waaaaay more reliable. My new weapon of choice!
