Are you still in Rome? If yes, you maybe can try to check some websites for escorts and incall scene.

I had two days in Rome and stayed near the Termini. I was there to see all the tourist attractions, and I did, but the crowds were horrendous. I tried my luck one night walking around the Termini area. Was approached by three SWs, the best was maybe a 5 (out of 10).
