Like PM said and I myself said in a previous post, the "norm" is not always applicable. It's a case by case thing. I happened to kick a girl out after one round because she was too boring in day time! LOL. The trick is to create some kind of chemistry even complicity I would say, with the girl. 1) being a generous gentleman and buying her a decent lunch.
2) make sure you talk and not be boring (yet I'm not sure what to talk about, I usually ask her about her life back in Russia / Ukraine and we find pics of her city on google images).
3) find a decent a hotel when taking her out, not take her to a shitty place just to save a few bucks.
4) not be pushy.

I've tried Moscow once. And yes they have good gals. Moscow is at the end of Maameltein, you take a right turn to a small uphill. Its located inside a small seemingly secluded area upwards from the street.
