Sir Lionking, I am with you and agree with whatever you've stated. I give a lot of importance to what goes into my tummy, exercise, keep my weight in check, no alcohol unless I have to drink for company sake in my business circle or with chicks and absolutely never smoked in my life. I banged my sugar yesterday and she complained that when she had met me 13 months ago; I had a broad chest but not anymore; I've become slim. That was a signal for me to work on my chest and shoulders. I'll share another fact with fellow mongers. My Testosterone levels had gone down around 3 years ago in 20222 as I was very stressed out due to my Business as I had taken more work / target that I could chew. I got it back without any hormonal pills. My Doc who is a buddy and an Endocrinologist in a reputed Hospital of South Delhi knows my mongering lifestyle simply advised me to exercise, eat a balanced meal, sleep and no stress. I heeded and in 3 months had my levels back.

FUngals are the most annoying of all infections.

That is why I always carry Ketoconazole soap in my mongering bag and always use my own towels unless it is high end spa. Where also I prefer the dispo ones.

TnG is a petri dish.

Make sure to apply the ointment another 1 month after the 20 days on all the places you saw the rashes. Even after the rashes are gone. Take photos to memorize the spots. Otherwise they tend to come back. Like I said they are annoying.
