You have to be really crazy to spend $ 250 for 1 hr for a Ruski especially in Sri Lanka. It is about Rs. 32000. This is what most on-line guys advertise. Unless it is $ 120 for 1hr it is best to hold on to you cash.

If you are staying at a hotel just ask the bellman or other lobby / floor staff and you may be able to get a better deal.

Writing a report after a long time. This is due to two reasons;

. Nothing new to write about.

. Was a bit busy for the last few months.
