Go to judys or manhattans after 10 pm. The girls don't show up till then. Plenty of cabs cruise by the bar so no big deal if finding one to take you back to the hotel with your girl. It's been awhile since I've posted anything on this site but I've recently returned from a layover in Shanghai and went to a Watertown called Qi Bao. Which can be reached by subway and is about 30 min to a hour ride from Shanghai depending on where you stay. Now I like to venture into dodgy areas where only locals go and Qi Bao is such a place. Not counting the many many tourists that go there for totally other reasons than mongering of course. Especially in weekends it will be super crowded there. However close to the old area where these people go that's littered with shops and eateries is the area I'm interested in. It's super small and not much to look at certainly not for any tourist that go there. It's easy to miss and I have to say there is not much choice at all but these two times it has not let me down so far.
My first time there is over a year ago. Apparently it use to be quite a mongering destination.
