I stopped by Bananas last night in Santa Marta despite my better judgment. It is one block from Parque De LOS Novios as you walk in the general direction to the beach. There is a small sign above the entry and there are usually some security guys out front and the occasional girl from inside the club.

Frankly, I never saw so many gorditas in one place in my life. What really amazed me is they wear all sorts of spandex and tight shorts, oblivious to how they look in them. It was the same amount we agreed to but felt a little pit in stomach about this arrangement. Frankly, I should have declined right there and walked.

Then she wanted to take a taxi but I said my hotel was literally around the corner. The kid at the reception gave me a hard time saying she could only stay an hour, which is the time we had agreed to anyway. Once upstairs in the room, I immediately sensed a problem and my instincts were correct as she was basically a wash out from the get go. Even though she agreed to kissing in the bar, "whatever you desire", she said, her kisses were perfunctory at best but the worst part was she refused to do a blow job and once she did under my protestations, it was awful. After a while, I kind of lost interest in this clock watcher. One interesting thing was I had checked my watch when we were going upstairs to the room in the hotel. When she announced that she was going to leave because it was time, I said show me the time on your watch and it was ten minutes faster than mine. WTF. Did she advance her watch on her bathroom trip?

Any good experience from any of them? Is their enough to have fun for 4 or five day trip? Is beach fully open? It is exactly as you described, probably counted 25 to 30 chicas and half of them were fat, no other way to say it other then fat, the other 40% were thick and I saw 2 maybe 3 that were doable.

I did not partake rather just observing.

Now tonight I went back to Bananas to check it out, just wanted to see if anything different showed up, nope just basically the same as last night other then many more guys in the bar tonight. After one hour and one beer I left.

Now for those of you that know of the Adelitas Bar in Tijuana, Mexico, a place where I have spent considerable time in back between 1998 and about 2012, well Bananas is identical, heck just a bit different music but identical and with the same chicas, fat and thick boned chicas with maybe a few doable ones in the mix.

Funny thing is that I am staying right next door to Bananas, got a room at the Adrea Doria hotel next door to bananas, literally my room is 12 fucking feet from the building, I pay 50 mil a night and it has a great AC, the TV does not work, but I am happy as a clam in the ocean here. I parked my car directly across the street in a parkadero so everything is convenient.

To make it worse, you're spending an extended time in one city. How long do you think it will take before every working girl knows that you're just stringing them along? They all talk. It doesn't take long for them to figure out which guys aren't worth their time.

No one is born a hardened pro. That's a result of a series of bad experiences with mongers lying through their teeth when there is absolutely no reason to. You don't need to sweep a hooker off her feet. All you need is your wallet.

The only lie I might tell them is how long I stay and how often I travel. That helps because they start to see me as a repeat prospect and might (just might) work a little harder at providing a better service. And I'm more than happy to give them repeat business when they don't disappoint. Other than that, promising them something you have no intention of delivering will eventually backfire. Yes, two ships passing in the night. I was in a bananas in Santa Marta last Saturday and Sunday evening. The first night was just awful so had one drunk and left though I did see a somewhat attractive girl with light brown hair who appeared to have that Medellin look, if you know what I mean. I recall walking by the Hotel André Doria, which apparently was named after that famous shipwreck off the Nantucket coast. Several years ago, I stayed at the Casa Isabela across the street on the same block. This time the front door was locked or if it was open, the wrought iron door was shut and no one answered my shouts. Strange way to run a hotel. I actually stayed at the Placita Vieja on the Parque de LOS Novios this time but they unfortunately had a one chica per day policy.

On my last stay, I captured a real gem from Medellin. She was just gorgeous and she stayed in a dumpy apartment down the street from Bananas with a bunch of her colleagues in crime. I think she liked the relative glamor of the Casa Isabella. I hoped to find another but lightening rarely strikes twice.

A couple of days I mentioned that I was denied entry to LDV. I was initially under the impression it was because it was too crowded or due to Covid regulations. Then I read someone else say it was because they don't want single guys and want a group of guys to get a table for table service. Tonight I met this chica for a drink I had met last week in LDV. She asked if I wanted to go with her to LDV but I declined and proceeded back to my apartment. After I arrived, she texted me to ask if I could come over to LDV as the door was not allowing single unaccompanied girls in. I am only a few minutes away so agreed to help her out but first I had to literally run the gauntlet walking over there with chicks coming out of the woodwork, grabbing me etc. Sometimes more than one but it must have been a dozen in a two block radius from my location.

When I arrived, she came down from Space with two other friends, all of them from Venezuela. One of her pals is a mousy looking little girl who looks more like a forlorn librarian than a P4 P though I figured she is prob really wild in the sack. Anyway, they let us all inside. I hung out for five minutes as it is really not my scene but did take in the view. After five minutes, my friend said just tell the front door you need to go to the ATM and will be back shortly, which I did. So end of story, but the place was not very crowded. Maybe they want to be like Tu Candela, which does not allow single girls in there either. According to my friend, single ladies are not allowed in Donde Fidel. Period.

So to me what you are saying is some weird rules for any night club but LDV gets its bread and butter from guys coming into see the girls. I do not understand the reasoning of filling the place up with swinging dicks.

Years ago when LDV was in Laguito they first had this rule that a girl could not leave with a guy unless the bartender could vouch that the guy had bought them two drinks. Then a couple of years later they actually instituted a drink minimum (I think it was like 30 k COP) so the burden was on the guy and the bartender had to vouch that the guy had spent his minimum to be able to leave with a girl. Sort of like a bar fine in Thailand a little. I heard various reasons for this. One being that too many guys came in for the women and did not buy more than one drink. I also heard that the owner at the time was in gambling trouble and looking to increase their revenue any way they could. I for one did not mind so much at first , they are a business that provide a service so I should help support the place some. I would also tip decent so the bartender would more likely remember my face. But a couple of times it turned into a little bit of a hassle with the bouncers challening whether you met the minimum and then having to get the bartenders attention when they are busy. I started not even bothering going in. I would just hang out where most of the girls got out of the taxi and if I saw one that looked good I would snag her there.

This is my 4th day here in Santa Marta on this trip and feel like heading my way to Barranquilla today and check out the scene there.

Two nights back I did find a cute vennie wandering the streets of the historic district, a little further down from park novio, very cute 19 yo but completely inexperienced and little passion but pulled the trigger but not bad just not good enough to repeat and yet she is blowing up my phone day and night since wanting "another opportunity", the problem is she is so damned cute and that little slender body and dimples, ahhh us guys.

As for LDV not letting in girls, its something I experienced as well back in August where a girl said it was because she was late. She later told me the bouncers do this if the girls don't sleep with them or they don't sleep with the owner of the club. Then a couple of years later they actually instituted a drink minimum (I think it was like 30 k COP) so the burden was on the guy and the bartender had to vouch that the guy had spent his minimum to be able to leave with a girl. Sort of like a bar fine in Thailand a little. I heard various reasons for this. One being that too many guys came in for the women and did not buy more than one drink. I also heard that the owner at the time was in gambling trouble and looking to increase their revenue any way they could. I for one did not mind so much at first , they are a business that provide a service so I should help support the place some. I would also tip decent so the bartender would more likely remember my face. But a couple of times it turned into a little bit of a hassle with the bouncers challening whether you met the minimum and then having to get the bartenders attention when they are busy. I started not even bothering going in. I would just hang out where most of the girls got out of the taxi and if I saw one that looked good I would snag her there.

Was the place you were staying in where you had the problem with the woman security guard the Palmetto Beach high rise? I stayed there in Jan 2020 and all the security were cool guys that even helped me out with my mongering. Please let us know if the situation has changed there because I had a great time and want to go back to that building this winter.
