Any Inexpensive Accomodations in Sofia?
I'll be flying into Sofia in May and may stay a week or two. I'd rather not spend 40 Euros a night on a hotel. Is there anything cheaper that's still fairly clean and girl friendy? I could use some reccomendations and some local knowledge here, thanks.

This is for those of you who want to explore the flats and individual providers on their own.
1. Call girls and Phones
There are plenty of so called "shared traffic mobiles" where the owner contracts the phone company and gets a percentage of the traffic to his number.
The "Adam and Eve" section of the newspapers (free add newspapers in Bulgarian e.g. Pozvanete) is flooded with classifieds from such scammers.
They sound very nice on the phone, and try to keep you as long as they can, can set up a date with you but you will never see them.
How to avoid wasting your time and money:
Keep in mind that for 1 hr you are looking to pay 50lv and up. or 30-40 lv. for 30 min. The "Non-Standard" includes Greek, domination, lesbian etc. is 50lv+ for 30 min and 70-80lv for an hour. Every better offers a is just a phone seductress in disguise.
Some of these phones START with 088134xxxx, 0891xxx , 0481xxx or they publish a regular # and a recorded message redirects you to the 088134xxxx number.
2. Flats
There are many flats in Sofia. Most of the mongering I direct there. Quality is generally lower than the clubs, but there are some exceptions.

- Around "the 5 corners" (Pette kiosheta) in Bulgarian.
It is better to keep walking, most girls are gypsies, rates are 20 lv/h. but the chance to get robbed is very high. I was surprised to see the same Bulgarian gypsy girls in Prague, right on The Venceslaw Squiare. Outside of Sofia you will often see girls on the side of the road.
