nice discussions but I miss the funny posts from Frenchmen, Drakes or other Bucharest girls. That's not sarcasm I really miss them, it was funny to read their opinions and female logic and is it not a great pleasure to chat with a pro and read her point of view. Come on guys let's be gentle to them and let's hear their stories. It's not bad to read something from the other side. Maybe they will tell us what they think about us.

Forget about it. Don't ask for anything but the price and the adress. If in Romania, you must understand the mentality of the locals, and one thing is quite sure, you do not get much by way of asking. You should rather be demanding.......

A bit about Romanian women (and ho's are RW too): They are very flashy and showy types, but once they are in the sack, they retrograde to little girls quite fast. They definetely are not Brasilians. So keep in mind that the overall experience depends more often than not solely on you. In Romania, it's the job of the guy to lead the play. If you put them to work, they will basically do everything you want. If you put some heat in them, they will drift away completely and you'll have great nights. If you go down on a Romanian girl, you will very probably be the first one who ever did that to her, and in no time at all they will learn to give good head or even open the backdoors just to please you....and also on curiosity, because chances are they never did either before, too.

For the pros this translates like that: They all give bbbj. Some try to avoid it, some do it without insisting, but they all do it. You just have to insist. Probably you'll find very few who really master this art, but thats another matter. And why not, so teach them!! You'll find enough eager students. I've witnessed some nice improvements.....

Even with the pros that holds true. And you'll get a much better experience, if you give them a BFE (Boyfriend experience), although I'd be rather careful with the going down part.....

My trip to Bucharest is coming up very fast (early November). I know everyone says don't go for girls in hotel lobbies and hotel bars because they normally charge more, but I have some questions.

What hotel would you all agree upon has the largest number of (and best quality?) of pro's sitting in the lobby during the course of a day? I am going to go hunting myself for non-pro's, but if I fail, when I get back to my hotel I am going to have to "drop back and punt" and go for a professional from the hotel lobby.

Are there any recommended bars or clubs to meet good looking pro's? I have a taste for Russian/Ukrainian types as well as Romanian.

Not looking to spend more than 100USD per night.

Any info on which hotel to pick for the widest variety of pro's sitting in the lobby? I'm looking for 4 or 5 star hotels preferably.

Interncontinetal: I always see 2 or 3 at the bar when i go in there, but they look a bit skanky

Up and across the street is Hotel Lido, there are some in there, but they are the same.

You can see some super hot stunners at Marriott in the upstairs cafe area, but i would be afraid to ask how much they charge. More than 100$ i am sure.

I bet it's not like it used to be.

I would avoid this tactic.

BARS / CLUBS

Go to planters after midnite. Hang out by the bar, you will be approached eventually.

Also try Cotton Club, but avoid the pimps in front

Masta, I use the bars to pickup non-pros and the newspapers to get pro action.

Here is a very reliable phone # I got from the paper: Andreea, 0723 827 071. She manages a good bunch of pros. Always nice and low pressure, 700,000 LEI, about 20 bucks. My out-of-town colleagues had good luck as well. Not model quality, but not bad, either.

AVOID

A lot of people rave about disco Heristrau and Flamingos. I think these places blow monkey d_ick.

You will see some hot pros at these places, but the service is so lousy from these girls from personal and friends' experience that i only go to these places to show out-of-town guests what bucharest pussy looks like, nothing more.

You will have to buy/rent a Romanian mobile phone if you expect any non-pro action. Communication will be too difficult otherwise. IF you are in europe, just get the sim card here. North America, you will need a different phone.

Get on ICQ and Aman2.ro and set up some dates before you get here.

Tell everyone you meet you are staying longer. Then say something came up when you leave early. a short visit will scare away the non-pro nice girls.

Go on the dates when you get here.

If you are comfortable in jeans and the company of college girls go to Club A or Fire to meet some nice girls and get phone numbers from 11-1 AM. Try to close the second night with them, not first.

at 1 AM go to Planters. Look for pros.

If you don't find any, call andreea and set something up with one of her girls.

I'll give that madaam's number a try when I arrive. I will be staying at the Mariott, I just reserved my room a few minutes ago. I also heard about these clubs like Flamingo that you talk about which have these stunners but don't offer good service.

Do you thinkt here are some girls in the Mariott at times that are equal in quality to these lookers in Flamingo? I won't pay more than 100 per night, so if they ask for more I'll walk away without any problem. I just want to see how good a Romanian looker looks:)

For an American, all these girls are going to be AMAZING to me I think. I cannot wait to go. I will give all of the things you suggested a try.

What is the crime levels (mafia, pimps?) towards foreigners in Bucharest in your opinion? Is it safe to walk around center city at night by yourself or with a girl?

The girls at the marriott are very low key. I would not approach them with a proposition. It would be very embarrasing. Ask the doorman what the deal is. Or do the corny move and ask the waiter to ask them if you could join them for a drink. Don't walk up and say "how much."

The doorman will tell you the price and what to do. Expect more than $100. The whole country works on commision. Expect markups to be included in all brokered services.

The girls will be better than at Flamingo--they will be model quality.

It is the most expensive and best hotel in Bucharest. The girls that i have seen going in there (I am there for work fairly regularly, always with an eye open for other stuff) are just stunning model types.

I walk around the centre all the time with minimal/no problems compared to Washington or NY.

PROBLEMS
Pimps, mafia, you will have no problems.

But, being new in town, you will be targeted by the scammers as you walk the streets.

Rules of thumb:

1. If it feels wrong, it is wrong. Just walk away from any situation that is feeling wrong. (e.g. if someone stops you saying they are a policeman and want to see ID and have no uniform). Bring a whistle if you want. Blow that as loud as you can and the scammers will run if you feel uncomfortable in any street situation.

2. Don't talk to strangers on the street. All the street scams start with a lead in, whether it is asking you the time or directions. If you need help, you pick the person--all young ladies under 25 speak english in the centre of bucharest.

3. Don't take unmarked taxis from street. Get the hotel, restuarant, or bouncer to call you one. Always ask for a "normal dacia taxi" NEVER TAKE TAXI WITH 2 PEOPLE IN IT.

4. Only carry a photocopy of your passport, not the original

Follow these rules and you should be fine. There are more scammers here than USA city, but much less violence. They try to trick you out of your stuff, rather than take it by threat of force.

I can only fully endorse RoPickles points. Marriot is the best choice you could get, even if its a bit off center. Actually I think you can get the lobby cuties for $100, not for a night, but for a 2hr-session.

Another stop for you might be a small joint some 500 meters up the Calea 13 septembrie from the Marriot. At the second intersection you will find a small cinema called Lira to your right. It has a black entrance with a bell right at its left. Ring there, and inside you'll have 6-10 girls, some of them you will see in the Marriot later in the evening. Again, $100 should buy you 2-3 hours with the really good looking ones, and maybe a night with the rest of the lot.

I'd rather stick to less pricey workers though (see my previous posts), usually even their service is better. One of my favorites is a girl named Myrela, a semi-pro, 0721.075.585, redhaired, about 170/50, nice figure, small boobs, very good service, GF-like. Takes $25/hr, but I don't know if she does outcalls.

what about places "of worship" - no, not the religious kinds, but more of your "friendly, why don't you drop in for a while" places - lots of them in Poland /Czech, but it seems in Ro. very few of them.

Now I like to experience new things all the time, but my idea of fun stops when the taxi drives to the furthermost outposts of Bucharest only to get there and to see something you'd rather not.

So apart from hotel lobbies (and my hint on the marriot is to try and talk if not to the bell-boy / doorman then to front office manager who will see you right) where else can you suggest, without investing in rompetrol too often ?
