Of course it is going to be higher in Rio for you, because as a presumed resident of London, you have no extra travel or accommodation costs. For you there is no point going to Rio, as the cost of sex is same in London as in a terma in Rio (say 4x4) at about $130 (including anal). However, living in America, I would have to pay to fly to London and pay for a hotel, which I understand are not cheap. The difference for me would be much less than for you, and Rio may turn out to be cheaper for me, especially if I go to the prives at about $70-$80 (including anal) for an hour, as well as having better weather and scenery, as well as possibly cheaper eating.
