Just looking at the map it did not seem so far away but in reality it would be a couple of kilometers I think. Changing baht buses is a lot of trouble. Just had a feeling that always staying close to central Pattaya might get boring and a change could be needed.

Of course the local soi 6 might be interesting.

The Thai Soi 6, isn't a location for non Thais although I have seen a few white guys there. The place opens around 6pm and is run by the Mafia, there is seldom any customers except on Fri-Sat when the boys are out in droves in the area. The service for non-thais and the price make it more worth while to just go to the Soi 6 in town. A few years back I venture but stop because it was more miss than hit. Even for myself I didn't feel comfortable being the only one drinking felt I couldn't leave my drink because I might wait up hours later with my pants and wallet gone?

On the otherside of Soi 6, where the Bangkok Bank is located go down that road there are a bunch of service apartment that you might be able to get something at your price range.

- walk east on soi chayaipoon (or soi lengkee) (on google map at the above link soi chayaipoon = "chaloem phrakat 25" and lengkee = "10 na kleua 10")

- at third road, make a left and walk about 400 meters.

- on the east side (ie right side as you're walking) of third road there is a 7-11 and next to it is bliss. several ladies should be sitting outside on benches in front of bliss, unless they're really busy.

if you don't know soi chayaipoon / lengkee.

- once you're at soi lk metro / soi diana go to the club / oasis gg on soi buakhao.

- as you're facing that gg, the street on the left side is soi chayaipoon (canterbury tales bookstore / guesthouse is located on it) and the soi on the right side is soi lengkee (china garden hotel is located on it).

when i went there in jan 2013 it was

- open from 12 noon. midnight.

- b 700 for the bj; if you want her to get naked / topless discuss it during negotiations.

- time limit of 40 min.

- i had the skinny won (cute, but complained about her neck hurting around the 20 min mark) and the chubby won, not at the same time.

- my buddy had noot and he said she was great (and i think he said she swallowed).

- good place to go for aircon in the afternoon, pool table, lounging.

Those complaining about others needing to do their google searches are part of the problem for not helping to resolve the problem.
