But if you work in a country like US or probably Europe, with 80 dollars all you can do is get into a good club (US$ 15-20), and get 4/5 good drinks. And if you dont get lucky to take a drunk chick home , a single call for an escort would do a damage like 250 US$ an hour. So I guess there are different people with different levels of income posting here, as you may have noticed in Sri Lankan nightclubs you'll see many tables with 6 people and 4 different kinds of bottles, ranging from Grey Goose, Black to Hennesy XO, and karoke's it would be worse.

When I was in SL I used to earn about 100k a month and I can easily afford 2 trips to JH but didnt as I was married and commited those days.

So my advice to you is, if you want to know whether the posts are true or not...choose a good room and go and experience yourself as I did when I came here on vacation. If you have already done so I guess you should not envy the people who can afford it.

Those are interesting questions you ask. I agree that Rs.8000 for a shot is a lot of money in Sri Lanka. As far as I know the people who have been to these places are posting genuine reports, but I would like to question why this excessive spending is necessary.

In a rich country like Germany it is possible to get BBBJ and FS with excellent service for 50 Euro (about Rs.8000), so why does it cost so much in Sri Lanka where a worker in a garment factory gets paid Rs.6000 PER MONTH?Galadari is expensive because of the high overhead costs - The rent paid for that Health Club must be enormous.

Have anyone experience the heat at H2O. It is in Union Place, just opposite Carmart / Arpico Food Court or next to Indra Traders or close to Dialog.

I have heard several stories, and once I experience some girls on the road - bear top around 2am in morning. [ that day I was just passing by after some business work ]

And I have not read anything in anyone else's reports about GH/JH that is out of line with what I have experienced. I do understand Eracer's question as I have often had similar questions in other countries - for example, how can anyone afford to spend 400 euros on a single night at Babylon in Vienna? But the place is always filled.

Second, I am not wealthy, though cost of living between my country and Sri Lanka is big discrepancy. But I only have opportunity to actively monger few times each year. So, comparing even as many as 8 visits to JH in a year with the amount some are spending going weekly or more to place like Nirovin, I'm not spending so much.

Finally, Tea Boy, I appreciate your perspective that we should post information about cheaper places, but I would modify to suggest that we should post information about all places, type and quality of service, price, etc. If I find posts about a place with Nirovin price and GH service I guarantee I will want to go there my next opportunity! But, I like to be able to look at my budget, my preferences, my frequency of opportunity - and nver once have I felt like I had TOO MUCH information to help me choose what is best for me. So, please keep all the reports coming and we can all try to choose who gives best value for money we can afford at frequency we have free to monger.

I went several times to H2O, this is one cool place to go mostly on Fridays. But the real issue is if you guys goint to this place on a Friday, you have to take your partner with you or you shud have the membership to enter otherwise management won't allow you in.

Overall this is more like US type disco bar, quite happening. But I never encoutered such an incedent "bare top gals" there. They do dance like hell at there. And if you luky enough you can take out a chick most of the time. For that ofcourse you shud have a good car and ability to spend like an ATM.

There are nights with lot of happening where you don't have to bring your partner so try this out except fridays.

H2O is a nightclub which houses the elite Colombo party crowd. Of course it is full of beautiful women, only a very few might be available. Last week I saw 3 Chinese working women in there. I dont think H2O would be a worth while place to monger unless you have lot of time to kill and loads of money to spend, and you badly want to take someone home free (not mentioning one's looks which would obviously matter).

Anyway it sure is a very nice place to go on Friday/Saturday nights (action begins around midnight).

You are quite right, I should have made myself clearer. Your reports are much appreciated. I am sad to say there one or two other members whose main motivation seems to be to boast about how much cash they are able to throw around and how successful they are in "pulling the birds".

I agree with you that we should post information about all types of P4P services available in this country at all price ranges. The object of posting should be to help other mongers get value for money by activating market forces.
