Reg. you staying at Bangkok a well-meant advice: The new airport is quite close to Pattaya now, except if your flight leaves at Don Muang, the old airport. Then it will make sense to stay one night in Bangkok, but then close to the airport, and not in the Sukhumvit area. From here it will also cost a lot of time to get there during the rush hours of the morning.
There is nothing like a beer price of THB 300,00 here at Livingstone's. It is ugly to give such an impression to the readers. The beer prices here are on the normal level of this road, and even cheaper than in most of the bars in Soi Nana and Soi Cowboy. You should really write facts, and not get carried away by your anger problem.

What's with the hostility?
Personally I enjoy Soi 33. The restaurant at Livingstones is very good. The hotel is friendly and nice as well and costs less then many others in the area. The girls... well it's one of the top four on the street (soi 33) for me. We all have different tastes and what I like doesn't mean anyone else would like. So instead of attacking the lodge just leave it be. Personally I dislike many places that get rave reviews on ISG, but no use attacking them, some folks enjoy it so I let it be.
Peace and relax Petemcc.... The great thing about Thailand is we can all find what we like and enjoy. I'll probably be there when you are there, PM me and we can hit some places when you are there. And I will even venture to China town if you want as I enjoy it :) as well as 33.
