I have met someone that says Sofia is the Medellin of Europe. This was some time ago. Is Sofia worth visiting for P4P or are other destinations better. I find Ukraine too played out like a mature economy having no growth. Any tips would be appreciated.

In other east European countries I visit regularly (Poland, Ukraine.) the girls may bargain hard, but after that one can usually expect a correct service.
