One thing I wanted to note was the profusion of massages (Thai and Chinese but mostly Thai) all over Malta. When I was staying in Sliema for 2 days they were all over the place. All legit and good for that too, as I have a very annoying shoulder/neck ache.

Massages here by the way are cheap/cheaper (30 Euros or less for an hour) than the UK. The equivalent in London would be 45 pounds or more. And quite a few of them close late. I intend to take advantage of them but don't really want to drive to Sliema from St.Julians where I am staying.

I have been in Malta a week now and its just a mass of people on the streets every night. I was here 25 plus years ago and st Julians was a quite fishing village.
