Just moved to Lisbon and have been checking out a few places. I'm more interested in getting a good look than getting laid these days, having given up casual sex a while ago. I had a few adventures, most memorably in the Ukraine. I've never seen so many model types in the wild. Predictably enough, the girl I had who gave me the best time was the least good looking. But that's another story.

Anyway, thought I would post a few observations on a few clubs I've been to and wondered if people could fill in the gaps in my knowledge.

The first place I went to is Photus. Quite nice. They give you a card when you go in with 15 Euros on it, which is good for one drink. Intriguingly the picture over the entrance is my favourite Playboy Playmate Cheryl Bachman, so I was in a pretty good frame of mind. It was about midnight on a Saturday and I was the only one there. Dancing on stage hadn't started yet. I looked through the price list. One of the girls started talking to me and tempted me with the Full Contact dance at 85 Euros, but she was way too skinny and I didn't know what I was getting into so I declined. Question 1: How far does the full contact dance go? Dancing started around 12:30. Not bad, but it would have been nicer if I could have sat nearer the stage. The girls were a mixture. One black girl with a fabulous body called Samantha was a 9, another busty blonde called Jasmine an 8 and who looked like a girl who would ratchet up the excitement a notch. A couple of 7s, Leia and Patricia, with whom I had reasonable but not amazing bed dances later. These cost 45 or 50 Euros and are pretty much like the friction dances in Miami. Nice, but overpriced. The other 4 girls were so-so. I was surprised that there were only 8 girls there. The club really filled up coming up to 2 am, so at that point they seemed a little understaffed. All Brazilians except for Patricia who was from Mozambique I think. Total cost of evening: 15 (entrance) + 100 (2 "bed dances")

The next place I tried was Nocturne 76. This turned out to be a much smaller place and probably catering for a more casual clientele. Still there were quite a few girls there, unfortunately only one of whom could speak English. One girl there who was an 8/9, and a good dancer too, but seemed very uninterested in getting any business. Private dances 40 Euros, "Nocturne Orgy" (! ? ) 100 Euros. I didn't do either, just had a couple of Cuba Libres and watched the stage. Only spent 20 Euros in total! A place to go if you want a cheaper option.

Much much much fancier is Passarelle. More girls (maybe 14) and mostly better looking. Some quite nice dancing on stage although I think they need to redesign it a bit because I often found my view blocked by pillars. A card system again with 15Euros. I used it to get a Bourbon, and to be fair they gave me a fairly large measure, though maybe they thought to loosen me up. Drinks are expensive (40 Euros for a lady drink! ) Girls ranged from 7 to 9 and they could all dance! I was tempted by a girl called Jacqueline who then offered me 3 dances for the price of 2 (90 Euros). A good experience, although I wouldn't say spectacular. Still I would recommend her unless you insist on a greater level of contact. There is no full contact at Passarelle although I was intrigued by the Lesbian Show at 160 Euros. A very attractive Romanian girl called Sara I spoke too later tempted me with this but I thought it would probably turn out to be a tease. Unless they are using toys on each other or something I'm not going to part with 160 Euros. Question 2: Anybody out there tried it? Total cost of evening: 15 (entrance) + 90 (dances) + 40 (drink for Sara) + 10 (tip for doorman) = 155. Is it normal to tip the doorman?

Just out of curiosity I went to EB last Saturday. Walked right in. They didn't charge any entrance at all, but maybe that was because I was early. before 9. Bought a coke and watched the football. The girls started coming in just before 11. Again nearly all Brazilians. I wasn't hassled by the barman in that time to buy more drinks. I watched the talent for a while and some said they wanted to go home with me but, like I said, I'm not really in that market any more, unless some girl makes my heart stop. Variable quality from some older and overweight girls to some 8s. Average I would say a 6. After finishing my third coke I left. Total cost of evening: 30 Euros (3 cokes). 10 Euros for a coke is a bit much, but it was about what I expected.

Like many others, I must bow before Murilloa! His posts are poetic and eloquent, and full of useful information. I tried one of the places he's "discovered," 84 Rua de Sabrosa, and had a very good experience.

Thanks to Google Maps, I didn't have too much difficulty finding the place. The first time I went, the door was open, so I hiked up the four flights of stairs to the "penthouse." The mama-san, accurately described as a robust peasant type, led me to a room and brought in the girls. There were really just two fairly beefy Eastern European girls who didn't appeal to me too much. One short-haired blonde of nearly Amazonian height had a nice bosom but also what was apparently a decent-sized gut. I was about to leave, when the mama-san said there would be a couple more girls coming and asked me to wait. I did and was pretty well rewarded.

The girl I picked was Rita, from the Ukraine. Brunette, angular features in her face, and a hard body that was the deciding factor. It turns out she was a weightlifter in the past, which explains the athletic body. Though she was athletic, she was clearly the most petite of the girls in this house. I picked the "normal" sex option for 30 euros for half an hour. We started right away with DFK, very energetic on her part. She had a very prominent, shaved kitty that I petted, which she seemed to enjoy tremendously. Then on to a very nice BBBJ, including DT. No hurry. We then moved into FS with different positions, with her rubbing herself during the act. At the end, she kept whispering to me, "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

I liked the experience so much that I went back a couple of days later, and repeated. Again, no one else appealed to me as much as Rita, so we had another fine experience. The first time is often the most hot, and that was the case here. However, after we finished, Rita gave me a nice massage, which was a good professional one due to her athletic training. A bonus of this place is that the rooms have great views of Lisbon from their windows.

If Rita wasn't there, I would have regretted making the long uphill trek here from Praca de Chile, and she is not everyone's cup of tea. But she certainly delivered great service.

Tried this place too, due to previous reports in the Lisbon forum. Not hard to reach, 60 euros for half an hour. Shower in the room, which was nice, so could shower before and after; as did the girl. The girl I picked turned out to be the same girl who answered the door in black lingerie. A black haired, tanned, buxom girl from Minas Gerais. Nice and curvy, with a bunda bordering on overly-generous, pretty face. However, the service was mechanical and a little rushed, so would not repeat. The other girls presented to me during a late afternoon didn't appeal to me.

I decided to check out the Cotton Club last night. This is a bit further out from me, but I wanted to complete the survey of those clubs within walking distance. It was smaller than I thought, smaller than Photus or Passarelle. The first shock was the 30Euro entry fee. Double the entrance fee to those places. I momentarily considered going to Passarelle instead, which was on my route home anyway, but my curiosity got the better of me. To be fair, it does include one drink, and like Passarelle, it is a decent size drink. I ordered a cognac, that I was able to nurse for a couple of hours.

Otherwise the prices were much the same as Photus. 50 for private, 80 for contact (marginally cheaper than Photus where they are 85). Yes, contact dances are available. I tried one and got to grope and kiss her breasts for 10 minutes. That's as far as it went. Amusing, but not really value for money.

There was a decent number of girls of a comparable standard to Passarelle, and this time I was able to sit right next to the stage. However, the standard of dancing is not to the same standard as passarelle, and in fact, I hardly got to see any snatch at all, even in the VIP booth (they really need to turn up the lighting in those places).

In conclusion, given the 30Euro entrance fee I don't really see any reason to go here rather than passerelle. Total cost of evening: 110 Euros (30 entrance + 80 contact dance).

This is the second time I have been in Lisbon in the last 6 weeks and I am starting to work out the system here slowly not being a good talker of Portuguese.

Sure its easy to go on expensive web sites or top class strip clubs and get 300 Euro girls sent to your hotel but for me that is brainless unless you are loaded and most of us are ok but not that rich so a bit of research goes a long way.

Again I found many options advertised in the classified section of the Lisbon news paper. Even though you may not read Portuguese, you can still make out the girls age, area, phone number, some times price is advertised and in some cases a web address is listed so you can window shop before you call. All in all a good experience for me with my limited Portuguese. On some of the web sites you can search for key words like English or Spanish and all the girls on that site that speak that language will appear. That is a great help. I will list some of the web sites I found and tried here. Prices for private girls if you speak some Portuguese can be as low as 25 Euros for one pop for in calls but usually more than that, some where between 50 and 100 depending on her age and looks etc. The average hotter girls on line ask between 80 to 120 Euros for a pop or one hour depends on you negotiation skills and Portuguese.

I also went for a walk last night around 9.30pm. Took a look in the Hard Rock Café and it didn’t have any hot regular girls at that time so I walked 10 minutes into the centre of town. Close to my hotel I was approached by a young and pretty Romanian girl who I would have normally done in a New York minute but she was about 7 months pregnant and that doesn’t do it for me. All in all a fun 60 minute walk around on a Wednesday night.

I have been mongering for around 30 years and have had the privilege of visiting over 70 countries thus far so I have seen a thing or two in my time travelling. I also know that in all countries there are what I call “rack rate” for the tourists or rich and a separate local rates for P4P. I always try to seek out the local rates where I can and often I can get the same girl that is advertising in the “rack rate“ adds for half the price or so.

The girls often have 2 or more cell phones so if you call the number from the internet they quote you a higher price, if you call and speak some of their language on the other number which is advertised for locals (when you know how to find it), then you get the big discounts, for e.g. in Cambodia the Vietnamese girls in brothels ask between USD$10 and $15 for one pop for tourists, locals get the same girl for $5 in the Brothel and as low as $1.50 if you meet her outside work hours privately. This is a saving of around 50% to 80%. If you look at the percentages rather than the amounts which are small in Cambodia anyway, you will see how worth while it is. If you can apply this method in more expensive countries like Portugal, Russia, Spain etc, you can have an amazing time with hot girls at a fraction of the usual “rack rate” price. Yes a lot of research needs to go into it but I enjoy that.
The other and much simpler way is to befriend a local guy about town like some of the guys that work in your hotel and treat him to a night out if he shows you all the local tricks and places. These methods have worked for me in all countries without exception and I have had a great life of mongering and travelling and continue to do so. I am off to Spain tomorrow.

I was on a business trip to Lisboa this week. I have not contributed to the Forum in a while, so I am happy to contribute this. I RTFF for a bit and settled on the New Centre in Avenida Marques de Tomar 33, 5th floor on the right side.

The staircase looks a bit scruffy. But once walking in everything changed. The reception looks a bit like a pharmacy.
