Cartagena Reports
Damn, what a shame. I'm scared to even go to Cartagena now. I'd be scared to even approach a girl in the clubs and ask for services. They probably would do stings or something idk. Any idea about that? Are we able to approach them in the side streets and in clubs or is that an issue too? This is crazy. I really need to know otherwise I'm just going to stick to Medellin and Bogota for my trip in January.
Clubs are safe just make sure the chicas have their Cedula and verify their age.

The problem I have with this is that they are pushing all the girls from where the clock tower to inside the clubs, and if they do that it won't be long before the clubs do the same bullshit in Cartagena that they do state side where girls enter free but guys have to pay to enter. Dolce already hit me with that a few times this year where no bottle service no entry. When I cave and say ok and point to the medium bottle they say they don't have any more only large bottles. When I point to the Titos they say they don't have it either. So we usually end up getting some type of liquor we don't drink and just give it away to the girls just so we can get in have a seat and get decent girls.

But to be fair Dolce is now full of fake tits and fake ass and some of it looks so ridiculous because their thighs are so skinny compared to their ass. It's like sticking 2 toothpicks in a meatball.
Like Kafka says it is hard to find chicas in Cartagena or any of Colombia that speak good English. As per her ;looks I also point out that it said at the beginning of the video that the girl was from Bucaramanga. There was one scene where it looked like Cartagena but the rest looks like it was shot in Bucaramanga. This explains something about her looks. Average chica from Cartagena is going to be darker skinned becuase they are Costena but a chica from Bucaramanga is more fair skinned becuase like chicas from Medellin they are essentially Paisa from the Andes region. That goes without saying that plenty of chicas from the Andes region do visit Cartagena to work. But as far as her speaking Englsih so well I wonder if he or the producers of this TV show did not shop around on a website like Colombian cupid or even seeking arrangements to find her. That would explain how he snagged one who speaks English so well.

Some of the most gorgeous women (in my opinion) I have met in Cartagena were from Bucaramanga. There is an old photo attached of one I met years ago. You can see by her cell phone how long ago.
Beautiful this is why I love Colombia. I agree about the Bucaramanga girls. For some reason they're more down to earth than the Medellin and definitely the Cartagena. I'm not going to shed any tears about the Clock Tower, the last time I was there in September it was rough, not really the girls but the other element that seemed to come around. Just getting in a taxi was problematic.
Here's an interesting article on the impending crackdown.

They want people to come and spend their money in the city for the holidays and last thing they want those people to talk about when they home is how many putas where running around the plaza.
Bro if you hopped in a taxi without first agreeing on the price then that's all on you.
This right here! I always ask how much or tell them the price. There are lots of cabs that someone will take my 10 mil.
Anyone has seen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXATfZKoJ1Y ?

What are the chances of finding a cute girl like this who can speak English like her in Cartagena?
I went dates with like 50 women from seeking.com/ SA over the last 2 years and tried to pick out the most attractive. There were two of fifty who were in her class looks wise, and neither spoke English.

Honestly, the hardest thing to find in comparison to a girl like that is the height and weight. She looks like she is over five nine and under 130 lbs. I bet there is less than a dozen gals like that in Cartagena and less than a hundred in either Medellin or Bogota.

Speaking English is a mixed bag. I would say 5 of 50 were fluent and half spoke some English. With my Spanish and their English and google translate, we got by. Communication was not an issue with me.

The irony is the hourglass figure this girl has, which is so hard to find in the USA, was something I looked for and found in Colombia. I would probably put that number at 75 or 80% of the women I dated. Interestingly, the guys on here who live in Colombia are less than impressed with perfect figures and say they see it every day.

My gal told me that Paisas are the shortest of the women in Colombia, and she is a model and five ten herself, so I guess she would know. Finding a tall hot Paisa like this would seem to be pretty hard to do.

My gal does not have tattoos but her friends have told her she is boring for not getting them. I do not know what to make of these gal's tats. She gives off more of a model vibe than stripper vibe, but I cannot imagine modeling agencies liking the tats.

I wonder if you could tell me if you know how I can get a PCR Covid test in Cartagena? You wrote (in a very interesting report) that "Got my PCR test for 220 k. My guide set the test up and they came to my Airbnb."

Thanks in advance.

Cleland.
So this is just a little piece of what's happening over my first week here.

Keep in mind these girls were inside the club, female to male ratio was 10 to 1 and they were sitting being blocked by a wall of other girls standing so mongers couldn't see them. We only saw them because they were sitting at the table behind us.

So I got both the numbers and and told one of them 400 K each for the night for my friend and I, dos palvos. It was a simple deal, my friend gets one girl and I get the other, no sharing girls or any thing crazy like that. Both girls demanded 1. 1 mil or $100 for the hour or $300 for the night each.

My friend an I are not about to drop $600 combined on some average looking chicas when we have endless options.

Needless to say, instant delete and we just went with girls that were already know. Prices already set based on our history of knowing them over the years and zero bullshit haggling from being over charged.
The issue is simple. The girls are getting paid this from the weekend mongers. They get drunk and high and these average girls look like a dime and they give 'them what they want not to hassle.

Me personally I am guilty of paying a premium. But on my longer trips I will pay market rate with all options available. On my short trips I will not hassle with time not being on my side and especially if the trip lands on a weekend, even the average girls are willing to gamble.

Let's be real for a minute. What you're offering is hard work for her. She can take 3 days to find one client whose so fucked up he prob won't even get it up. I mean you have to be intoxicated to pay 300 $ without hassling right?

But that same offer you gave her will be good on a Monday when she needs money.

The game the girls run is pretty simple too.

Thurs. Sat during prime club hours the price is at a premium unless it's late and the girl is running out of options.

Nothing wrong with the way you're doing things.

But being around so many of these girls and knowing how they operate you just got to simply hit them when you know your money will go a longer way.
So I got both the numbers and and told one of them 400 K each for the night for my friend and I, dos palvos.
You mean 2 polvos!
Colombia is not dependent on sex tourism money like the DR. Unlike the DR; the P4 P scene hasn't boomed the economy with sex tourist money within the last 12 years.

The Colombians have been patronizing themselves for years. Foreigners are Johnny come latelys . It seems no area wants to be labeled a sex tourist destination. Acceptable P4 P is organized and done with discretion. I've noticed the majority of chicas in the casas are Colombians. Most of Venezuelans work in the street.

I remember my friend and I walking the streets of Cali Colombia with a local Colombian. The Columbian couldn't understand why my friend was trying to conduct business with the SW. He said they were mostly Venezuelans and not considered safe. The Casas and bars were more discrete, safe, and socially acceptable.

I can see the Colombians targeting SW. At the clock tower I notice a mixture of families with and without children and SWs. The SWs seemed to be excepted but discretion had seemed to been taking a backseat.
Caregena us one big corrupt hustle the foreigner center man. Beautiful historic city ruined by awful scummy perty criminals left and right. Two months there was enough for an entire lifetime for ne. As a solo traveller you will be targeted if you stay for an extended period of time just because they always see you put and about and begin to figure out you might have mire money than your average 3 to 5 day tourist.

1 word describes living in Cartagena: exhausting. And am in Panama now and ill gladly pay the higher prices for a nirmal life again without being harassed everywhere I go and walk. I have no idea why these silly youtubers gush about how nice the people are in Cartegena. Its a complete BS fairy tale based on their encounters with prostitutes who are paid to like them. Effin idiots. I cringe at every youtube video I see regarding Cartagena. They are not nice nor respectful to foreigners there at all. Even non scammer local store clerks got attitude problems.
You mean 2 polvos!
I'm happy palvos don't mean fleas LOL.

I make so many typos when on mobile.

I'm 2 months in self learning using Babbel and Tandem.

The most I have covered are greetings and ordering food. My regular chicas always bust my chops when they are over and I'm trying to tell them something in Spanish. They are tracing me more and more slang terms but it's odd because it seems every village have it's own slang words.
I mean you have to be intoxicated to pay 300 $ without hassling right?
No. You just have to be used to paying $1000 back home.
But that same offer you gave her will be good on a Monday when she needs money.
He might not be horny Monday when she needs money. Or he could be gone back home even. Strike while the iron is hot is and a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush are what these chicks need to learn.

Thanks in advance..
There's a place right on the main drag in Boca grande a couple of blocks from Juan Valdez Coffee Shop. I can't remember the name of the street but everything is on there all the casinos, it's one block off the beach. You can't miss it it's a big storefront type operation and you can see right in the window people are waiting for the tests it's a no-brainer

I understand if they get a big fish then they don't have to work for another month but looks like they not eating that night. Looks like allot of them weren't eating at all because almost all of them were sucking on loli pops in the club.

I already have a good network of chicas in Cartagena. Been coming here for 5 years and its 5 years of weeding out the bad ones and keeping the good ones. My friend and I wanted 2 new girls that are friends so that they will get along well once we get back to the apartment but that went out the window. We ended up just calling over girls that we had at the same time before, this way they already know each other and know how we operate.

These same girls in the club going for those high prices are 200 K tops in the day, and a few of chicas are understanding that if they can't make it, they ask me if I want their friend. Then there are the jealous ones that only want you with them.

The president of the United States, Joe Biden, would come to Cartagena in December.

It would be the first official visit that the president would make to Colombia and to a South American country.

The date for the meeting, to be held in Cartagena, is in the second week of December, between the 11th, 12th and 13th, when the summit of the Pacific Alliance will be held in the capital of Bolívar.

The summit aims to sign the Free Trade Agreement with Singapore and the presidents of Chile, Mexico and Peru are also expected to attend.

You can't miss it.
