It used to be the hottest girls wanted 2.5 million (which I always thought was crazy). Now, 100 usd is pretty much the price at both BATS and CJs. (about 1.3 million to 1.5 million rupiah).

I'm not sure why it is, but the girls tell me that times are tougher than before.

Tinder and wechat girl prices have also dropped.

You change money at BNI at the airport. Taxi will generally cost around IDR 150,000.

I think at the airport they want 200k, and anywhere else it's 30k. Once you arrive at your hotel, they can tell you where to get one if you aren't in a rush to get one at the airport.

Rupiah, there are plenty of ATMs at the airport. You can see them as soon as you pass the passport check. If you want to exchange dollars, you can easily do that at the airport, but will get a worse rate than other places around town.

Price of a car to your hotel depends on which car you take. As usual in any country, pay no attention to anyone aggressively asking you if you want a taxi or car and walk right past those idiots to the official taxis and cars. If you take a bluebird taxi, I would guess around 150 k. A cheaper taxi, a bit less. But these taxis use meters so you don't have to worry about haggling the price. They charge a fair price and you pay the meter fare, tolls, and the airport surcharge of about 10k. I've never had an "official" taxi try to rip me off at the airport. A silverbird mercedes taxi, around 300 k. There is a cue for taxis at curbside. You go to a machine and get a number (there is one machine for bluebird and one for the other cheaper taxis, most locals will be taking the bluebirds because they have the best reputation so they will have the longer cue) and that is your number in the cue. Or you can go to the Goldenbird counter after immigration and book a car there. That isn't much more expensive than a taxi and includes tolls. I normally just book a Goldenbird car like an Innova or Avanza rather than taking a taxi. It's a bit more expensive but I feel it's a minimal upcharge for the comfort. Or you could take the new train. I think that costs 70 k and you could take a taxi from the train station to your hotel for about 30 k. Or you could take the Damri Bus. I think that is 40k. You would need to take a taxi from the bus station to your hotel. Or you could even call a Grab Car. I don't do that at the airport simply because it can be a hassle meeting them and I need wifi to call.

Your list is enough to keep you busy. I don't have any special recommendation other than those that are "must sees". Personally, I would throw Hotel Travel to the curb and replace it with King Cross in Kelapa Gading, but Hotel Travel is ok.
