Let's be serious here; if you guys are so appalled with what is going on then you should surrender your passports to the nearest customs agency and delete your ISG account. As others have mentioned, not all women in the DR have to trick to get by. Some will do it to eat; others strictly for the money and attention. Sitting here trying to decipher "who is who" is nonsense. Just take the game for what it is instead of trying to guilt others who participate; ESPECIALLY if you are currently a participant yourself. If it's fucking with your conscience too much then just hang up your jersey and sit on the sidelines.

As regards changing phones monthly, often the more expensive phones are on contract, usually over 18 months, so not so easy to change as they are also associated with a calling plan. I think a lot of phones get lost or stolen though, so that might be part of what you have seen. What is more likely, from what I have seen, is that if a guy gives a girl an expensive phone, she will trade it for cash and a cheaper one.

Some phones might not be as expensive as they look. I have seen Nokia phones with music player, wifi, facebook, etc. That look a lot like a Blackberry for 1000 pesos down payment and then 800 pesos a month with 250 minutes of calling and bonus calling at weekends.

I spoke to a guy who runs a store and import business last summer, who told me that he had imported several iPhones from the US and placed them in 3 or 4 stores in Sosua and been unable to sell ANY of them, due to the price simply being too high, and eventually sent them back to the US.

Option A: You are the company meaning your the boss. Your potential earnings is off the charts and you can set your own hours. Also you can CHOOSE your clients. The clients you choose if you play your cards right will marry you and take you to a country like America or Europe for a better life. Hell at the very least youll get clients that'll provide "residual income" for you thru Western Union. Ooh and did I mention there's no taxes AT ALL. The money you make is all cash!

Or.

Option B: You are working FOR a company. Your boss pays you 500 dollars a month. You're working 6days a week and over 40hrs. Your "working hard" but your still barely make ends meet. Ooh and there's no health insurance and depending on where you work your income will be taxed.

Yeah I'll take option A by a landslide.

Now the problem with option A is that there is a time limit on your company. The ladies got a 12yr window (18yr-30yr old) MAX before the new batch of girls kick their old ass out of the game. So a chica got to max out there earnings and think about the future. The problems is that many are taught to just think about today and forget tomorrow. They believe that this will last forever so they spend recklessly on new phones and clothes. They live in the nail and hair salon.

Hell and to make matters worse they fuck up future opportunities. How many of them got proposed to and was about to get married and move to a better life to only get rejected because their fiancé found out that they were still fuckin around when they didn't have to.

For example look at Ingrids situation. Now for those who been to Sosua numerous times you'll know who I'm talking about (the OG's if you can't remember her face but want to see a pic holla at me on the back channel). Now this chica is a sexual goddess. I remember seeing her in 2007. At the time she was 20 with no kids. She was making money cus she was every where. If there was a private party at Casa Linda's etc she was there and she could please you in every way. Trust me I know.

Fast forward to 2012 and Chief recently saw her in the SU and tell me she now has 2 kids. Ingrid's 25 now and can already feel the new crop of females competing for her income. Now I'm pretty sure she had dudes more then willing to put on a "captain save a hoe cape" and take her away from that life but she messed up the opportunity so now the clock is ticking, she's getting tired of the life and she now has mouths to feed. No one has taught her another way to hustle like Revere is teaching his girl so she goes back to doing what she know and won't realize all of the future opportunities she missed out on until the game kicks her out.
