Not as pricey, with an excellent restaurant around a big pool.

Secondly, I would like to apologise for my behaviour. I can't help being a twat, it's the way I was born, and despite my education, I am an arogant arsehole. You can take the boy out of Belfast but you can't take Belfast out of the boy. Despite having a relatively comfortable middle-class upbringing, I was subjected to many traumatic incidents in my early years, and continued to face such incidents throughout a good part of my working life.
Long ago, I realised that although summary justice, in the form of a good twatting is a satisfactory and pleasurable way of dealing with conflict, it has consequences. I therefore turned to the written word to express my desire to admonsih someone for behaviour which pisses me off. I unfortunately rise to a challenge, and not usually when drunk, however I do most of my best creative writing while drunk, just it doesn't make sense!
As you will have seen, my postings weren't that creative and were the product of my not very often sober thoughts, nonetheless I accept that they were nasty and most probably not called for.
I don't understand why I am telling you all this, but I am, so I will. I am a pragmatist, so I tell things the way I perceive them without putting spin on them. If I think something is bollocks, I'll say so, and why. I try to deal in reality, or at least reality as I see it.
Another thing I learnt a long time ago ( from being a copper) is that sometimes one has to do something and fuck the consequences. If for example a police officer was not to arrest someone for fear of getting a complaint, or sparking a small scale disturbance, then the baddies would have won and anarchy reign. I don't mind upsetting people if I have to, or doing something ( as long as it is legal) and saying fuck the consequences. I'm big enough and old enough to wear it, and quite frankly I am comfortable living with it. I must admit though that as I get older I do feel slightly more remourse, but then again I put that down to my new career, rather than a change of attitude.
Anyway gentlemen, appologies if I insulted you too much, and I may take Giotto's offer up, however if someone could donate two more 1000B vouchers so I can BF him ( as 100 obviously isn't enough), I'd be obliged.

Thanks guys for all the advice about not having to worry abut how I look. My self esteem is restored to its previous healthy position.

Let me try to get this quoted report right. My English is limited, so perhaps I cannot read correctly in between the lines...and of course I also don't want to take all this too seriously.
It starts with a joke, followed by an apology, then some explanations of your socialization process, but then - a kind of justification of what has happened here in the thread, and finally some jokes again.
Assuming that I understood this correctly I would like to underline, that reg. Livingstones price policy there is no reason for "... sometimes one has to do something and fuck the consequences". You don't know me, you don't know Livingstone's, you don't know the beer prices and you don't know our girls. If you are going to "do something and fuck the consequences" then do it for issues which you can correctly evaluate, and may be also for issues which are more important than this small unreal world which is known as Livingstone's Lodge in this forum.

Actually, there were no metaphores intended in my statement, ie the 'fuck the consequences' statement. When I use metaphores, they are so obvious as to not be metaphores. I am pretty unsubtle with my use of English. My thoughts about your bar etc have not, and will not change, and if anything should have been obvious from my post it was that.
I was not aware that a barfine included sex, I assumed that it meant taking an interesting comapnion out of the bar for some interesting conversation, therefore I am not sure where this homosexual thing comes from, I thought prostitution was illegal in Thailand.
I agree that this forum is not really the real world, and my attitude towards your prices and policies has not and never will change, however I accept that many people here hate me and disagree with my POV. However I am sorry for being a **** and will enjoy dinner and 3 beers, and may even buy you one, being FUCKING NORTHERN IRISH NOT SCOTTISH.
