Decided to make an early start and instead of waiting for the bars to open I picked up one of the girls waiting by the Foodland corner on Sukhamavit around midafternoon. Her name as she gave it was Oum. Average appearance, no looker but not ugly either and I tend not to care once I've started pounding away.

Opening bid of B1000 was accepted with no argument. From the looks of the other girls I think I might have overbid. And we off to the hotel. No real GFE to speak of and she didn't even give the appearance of being much into it, but she was willing enough and it's hard to argue with the price.

Overall I think you'll get a better experience with the girls in the bars and massage parlours, but if you're on a budget the freelancers can be had for less than half the cost of the others (once you take into account drinks, barfine / base massage, etc).

There's a flood of black-market viagra / cialis / etc hitting the stalls along Sukhumavit at the moment. It seems highly doubtful to me that it's real, but has anyone been game enough to try it?

Oddly enough (and I hate to brag) I have degrees from some of the top universities (and actually I don't think you can get 2 masters from the top university). But it counts for f*k-all on this site, and gives me no more insight into Thailand, human nature or indeed sex. I fully appreciate the comments and insights provided by the guys here. Some smarter than me, some less smart. Some richer, some less rich. But most have some useful information to impart.

What is a loser? I wouldn't necessarily follow the same lifestyle choices (or dress sense) as some of the farangs I see in Thailand. But it seems to me that most of the people I meet through these forums are just regular guys looking to have a bit of extra excitement and pleasure in their lives. Am I a loser? I have a good job, well-travelled, family back home but just occasionally I like to have a beer in a dingy bar with a sexy young Thai girl, then take her upstairs and do the dirty. :)

Not quite sure what you're problem is, other than a desire to troll. But why not either shut up or put up some useful information, and show us how valuable those 'masters' were?

I know that I'm not marrying or sponsoring her as I know what I'm looking for in a relationship and BG is not high on the list. She must be aware as well since I've BFed others from her place of employment even after buying her a drink. But I think that for both of us it is nice sometimes to be with someone you feel comfortable with, without pressure of how things will turn out, while still have a really enjoyable time.

The rack rate will be 2000 or 1500 short time depending on the go-go bar.

You can get cheaper (probably) for the lower half of the girls in terms of looks in the go-go bars.

You probably can get cheaper when it gets closer to closing time.

You might be able to get cheaper if you know her previously.

You might be able to get cheaper if you are a hot looking stud.

You might be able to get a discount if you go to the lower tier bars.

BUT, you cannot get a discount for the top 3 or 4 girls at the go-go bar during prime time!

SORRY! But people like us that pay that higher price in the go-go bars has now set the market price for the good looking girls during prime time.
