Thanks for all the advice from my previous post, well I didn't read them until now. I slept late yesterday and had to report to work today for something emergency, anyway finished work at around 8 and went by metro to fahidi metro station, got out and bingo! I'm sure there are more qualified people out there to answer but I find that the Fili's gives a very nice GFE experiance. Most of them will let you DFK & DATY and so far only meet one who won't do BBBJ. Only been with 2 PRC but neither of them did BBBJ and been with 2 CIS where one did but the other didn't.
The africans are just after your money and any GFE experience disappears as soon as you pay them in my experience. But if you chat to the girl for a while and let her know what it is you want from her, they will let you know what requests they will fulfill. Couple of comments, slavic people are (as a rule) incredibly racist. I think it has to do mostly with very limited exposure and ignorance (not so many black ppeople in Moscow, imagine lesser cities)
Filis may or may not be racist, but the thing with Arab / Indian / Pakis has mostly to do with security and, sorry to say, hygiene. White people usually are safer and less stingy or at least that is the perception.
