Hola Drai, where were you all this time, Bro? Lovely to see you back.
For the love of lord, I would never have gotten that "Ghoti" riddle. But that is why I love English, in most romance languages, it is written the way it is spoken (of course the domenicans are pushing Spanish way beyond recognition as Charles mentioned replacing "see" with s and vice-versa) and so none have this fun contest called a spelling bee. But I digress.
Write more and often.
Hey Temp. I've actually been in Boston for the past week for a Tradeshow at the Convention Center. Rather than reading the forums about getting some slot I decided to troll Boston in my off hours to see if I could rustle some up. I would have been better off just reading the forums here. No such luck, though I actually had a lady touch me at a bar. I was sitting at the bar at Rock Bottom Brewery downtown having a Red Ale when I got a tap on the soldier. Turned around to see this semi-young, semi-chubby, semi-ok looking lady with her two similar looking friends. I did a quick body scan (TSA style) and put her in my category of "I wouldn't kick her out of bed" so I engaged her as to what she wanted. Turned out she was looking for a bit of real-estate in that she wanted my seat at the bar. There were 2 empty seats next to me so the three girls needed my seat for their threesome rather than needing me for their threesome. She asked nicely so I politely accepted and relegated myself to a corner seat at the end of the bar squished behind the beer taps and between the lime cutting station and cash register. Even worse though the only TV in my view was showing hockey as opposed to the 4th quarter of the Celtics vs. 76ers that I was previously watching. On the up side they did pick up my beer tab for doing them the favor. She came up to me again before they left to thank me again. I was going to offer to pay for the next round for all of us at another bar but in the end I held my tongue due to the sheer size of the trio.
I suppose the take-away from all that above is that I had a short but pleasent conversation with a semi-chubby American lady at a bar.
I can't wait for my upcoming parole in Sosua later this summer.

The Gift and The Curse
You are a ROMANTIC and I loved reading your account!
Ah! Romanticism. The gift and the curse. If emotional connection is your high then romanticism would be the pipe you use to get high with.
I try to leave the romantic notions at home though when going out on these trips but at the same time some form of connection is a must when enhancing the memories with the girls both in and out of bed. Though I'm not purely a sport fucker, I have had my share of smash hits every once in a while. I tend to find myself forgetting all about those times even before the girl has left the room whereas I retain evey detail of everything when with a girl that I made some base connection with. You see, the thing is that I go through a cold sterilization when arriving back home from these trips. Before leaving my hotel to catch my departure, all receipts in all pockets are torn up and left in the hotel room. Large pesos are converted to dollars and small pesos are given away to the street kids as I leave. All photos and videos are uploaded from the phone to an encrypted online account then purged from all of my devices. Caches and history are cleared at the Registy level. All boarding passes and related travel papers are torn up at the airport once I land back in Chicago. Any hard evidence that I want to keep gets handed over to a trusted friend (who is also an attorney) who stores it in a safety deposit box which contains an assortment of "similar" evidence for a group of us that partake in the hobby for occasianal viewing if we feel the urge. I even return to my house with the same half-ass frown that I left with to complete the transistion. The only thing that I have to keep are my memories. In between the constant running from dance practices to little league games to playdates and the constant "she touched me first" or "he's looking out my side of the car window" coming from the back of the mini-van I'm pushing these days; all I need are my memories. I think back to that ass that I straight punished from La Passions or that new position superstar did that I had never done or even thought of before or even back to polishing off those twins sisters in that threesome and then doing my regualr girl who showed up 10 minutes later with no panties on while wearing a tight nursing student outfit :D
"What are you smiling at now!" is the sarcastic screech from the passenger side I usually get that snaps me back to reality. It's coming from the in-resident harpy that is occupying the seat next to me as I drive but it's those sexy alluring Sosua Sirens with their immaculate backsides of perfection that sing that sweet song of "where you go, I go with you" from the shore that brings that smirk of a grin right back.
I try to leave the romantic notions at home though when going out on these trips but at the same time some form of connection is a must when enhancing the memories with the girls both in and out of bed.
That has been the Achilles' heel for the like minded throughout ages, I would hazard and I have found no good outcome any which way. The physical act per se is repetitive and in a way monotonous, unless there is some form of "connection" and yet, I perhaps like many, am afraid of getting connected. One of those "heads you win, tails I lose" of life so I am in that limbo as well.
Your writing is classy, well developed and has a style, not to speak of your sense of humor. You should seriously try fiction.
I can't wait for my upcoming parole in Sosua later this summer.
Why is it that this land is so frigid that we have to seek greener pastures elsewhere? I wonder if it was always this way or is it me, an older person who is wistfully plaintive. I would love to see a historical perspective, say, from the 60s, from whoever cares to write about it.
Now I didn't look around too awfully much because said swing clubs satisfied and satiated me most of the time.
A wonderful line I read, from God knows where,"whenever you're in Paris, you should always smell like you've just had sex".
Here's hoping our visit to DR overlaps, TC. I'll be there from August 15-29, with an outside possibility I'll stay much longer, assuming I like it and internet / electricity infrastructure meets my business needs.
If I had those swinging opportunities, I would not look around either. I used to live in Italy in the nineties and I know about women typically from Nigeria hanging out by the sides of the roads / truck routes. Later came the Albanians. And then I left. Those women had a hard time. Out in the cold with law enforcement harassment.
"Smell like you have just had sex". What does that smell like. Musky? Your pheromones attracting other females. I wonder. In reality I am not too familiar with Paris. I know a lot more of Lyon and Toulouse, not to speak of all the way down to Aix en Provence, Van Gogh country or driving to Geneva from Lyon but sex in France always slipped me by which is why Geneva worked handy.
Thanks for letting me know your schedule. Mine is up in the air but if it is written in the stars, it will happen.

No fucking action there. In Nice I did manage to hit a North African in a parking deck in the middle of the night and a Russian in the car for 35 euro. Back then they wanted 80 euro if you took them to the room.

Gym
Coming to Sosua in about a week, staying at the New Garden for five days and I was wondering if there was a gym in the area that is available for tourist. I'm not looking for any power house free wait type of facility with big monsters in there working out. I'm middle aged but still like to work out a half hour to forty five minutes every other day, I prefer more machine type of places with cybex and other types of machines, life cycles and such. I've found as I have gotten older that a brisk half hour to forty five minute work out every other day helps to keep my testosterone levels up. So is there any place like this in Sosua near the New Garden.
Thanks
Chris

Chris
Just do push-ups on top of a chica and you will be fine. If you want cardio then walk to Passions instead of moto concho.

Chris
I haven't been to Sosua for awhile, but the last time I checked there was the Golden Park Gym, which is about 2 or 3 blocks from NG. You would make a left when you leave NG. You can ask the folks at the front desk for directions or even have them call the gym for you for hours, etc. You can walk to this gym or take a motoconcho.
There is also a Gold's Gym inside the Sosua Ocean Village Project which is very nice, more pricey, but offers a pool, etc. If you want to pay a bit more. I would drive or use a motoconcho for this one.
The other popular option is the gym on the top floor of the Sosua Bay Casino. You can walk to this gym. See the video below.

You don't need a gym.
There are hundreds of "exercise machines" walking around Sosua.
Pick the one you like and go for a ride. .

Nice of course, is a whole different ball game what with Monaco being closer not to speak of Marseilles.
I would try the swing thing Polyorchid speaks of, when I get there next time. But as you confirmed women even the paid kind is a bad experience in France and Italy. Spain is a lot better.

Chris
If you look at the second floor of the motorcycle rental place across the street the guy who owns / runs it works out in the afternoons. I saw him up there everyday when I was staying at the New Garden earlier this month.
