The answer is because it is not practical. It does not give any idea of what a girl looks like, or the quality of a girl (look wise). I might want to fuck any girl that is 7 or above, but her rank on the scale will determine how much I will be willing to pay, how much time or effort I will be willing to invest in a date with her. 1-10 scale has been around for years, and it is most widely used anywhere, why reinvent the wheel?
