Arrived in Patts yesterday it's low season and very quite I think it's the best time to visit Pattaya, plenty of free lancers on beach road and all over Pattaya average price around 500 to 750 baht some really cute looking girls.
I've had 4 girs already and looking forward for the rest of the trip, my advise to fellow mongers is that if you want to save money and get the best girls it's best to visit during low season.

I agree completely. I come over twice a year and one of those times is low season. I hit the shores of BKK / Pattaya next week for a few weeks before going up into E-San land. I hope the Ruskies are in lower numbers.

That's what overpaying means. Paying more than the actual price. It has nothing to do with your budget (but just to reassure you, we're all quite impressed).

My humble place is 54, 000 baht for 365 days (366 days on a leap year).
I've seen Thai apartments at that price so I think at 4500Bt / month I'm impressed with your euphemistic use of the word humble.

Yes, I've been more active on another forum, using an uncannily similar name, but still going strong. I'll be in Thailand end July, but probably heading straight to Pattaya. I'm still in touch with The Shrimp, but to be honest I see less and less of her each year. Still a great girl though.

I'm heading to Pattaya in two weeks time, and will post FR's during my stay. Usually I use motorbike taxis to get around Pattaya, but this time I'll be hiring my own rental motorbike. In that regard, I have a question to the experienced people familiar with Pattaya and the police pullovers. How should a Farang deal with a pullover? My driving license is Malaysian, and not an International License. I don't speak Thai. If I was in Malaysia you can negotiate with a pullover, by offering the officer cash rather than him writing out the ticket, usually at a substantial discount to the "fine". So, how can I handle any "pulled-over-for-probably-not-having-an-International-driving-license" police shakedown? Any tips? Oh, and I'm less about saving a hundred THB than I am about navigating the driving situation in advance.
