My first time in Dubai. I was booked in Hilton Dubai Creek which had been confirmed as Green on the forum. I arrived from the airport at 1am and had a flight to RSA next afternoon so had to be quick.
I tipped the concierge and asked him for a taxi to Hyatt Regency. He mentioned that the "Premiere" was open upto 3am so I asked him if I could get company from the Premiere back and he said it was fine as long as she had an I'd.
Reached Premiere in quick time and walked end to end when Zina caught my eye. She was slyly standing in a corner dressed conservatively. She took me to her friend who negotiated on her behalf as her English is poor. Finally settled for 1800 AED LT. She came along with me in the taxi and getting to the room was easy and no walk of shame as the concierge quickly took a copy of her I'd. She was total GFE. Lots of DFK after which she wanted to take a shower together. She did an uncovered BJ and followed by cowgirl and doggy. I finally came in mish after which she did a most amazing massage. The massage readied me for the next round. I must mention here that I'm not normally ready for a second round for at least 3 hours but in this case was up and ready in 30 minutes.
What followed was pure bliss. I gave a 100 USD tip and asked for her number. She said her boss did not allow her to give numbers and she could meet only at the club.

I decided to sample the delights of Ratsky's at Karama Hotel last Thursday. Arrived around 11pm and found it very crowded. I would guess 60:40 F:M ratio, but difficult to tell due to the crowds. Mainly Filis, including a reasonable smattering of 7-8s.

Claimed she had been in Dubai for 6 days and I believe it, she was quite shy and kept calling me Sir."Call me Kermit" I would say, and she would reply "Yes, sir". Anyway, had a bit of a chat and got a good feeling about her. Went through the interview and the services offered were fine. Sealed the deal at 700 plus taxi for all night and was feeling pretty good. Drained my beer while she went to say goodbye to her friend.
But her "friend" must be her manager. Back she comes and says "My friend says you pay me now". I just laughed and explained that this was not going to happen. Wasted 5 minutes negotiating with the manager via Sheila. She wouldn't budge and neither would I. Reluctantly wished Sheila well and went off for another beer.
Five minutes later noticed another Fili spinner, called Lyn. Spoke to her and she's a free-lancer, claims she works part time in Dubai Mall. Surprised me, as I didn't think there was much part-time work here, but who cares, no manager to block the deal. Agreed 600 plus taxi, so even better than previous girl. Stupidly, I didn't discuss the menu. Got her back to my place and she was quite enthusiastic but basically would only do DFK and sex. More typical of the girlfriend experience that I remember from my youth.
Had two pops that night then a third in the morning. I will probably try her once more to see if she will be a bit more advenurous second time round.

As mentioned in my post, I did try negotiating the HJ down to 100dhs, but she was adamant.
Secondly, I was not in the mood for a "fully clothed" HJ and thats why decided not to pursue the "extras" on offer.
I will keep in mind about the tipping part from next time.

I have NEVER seen a woman in that club that I would pay more than a 1,000 for. BTW if she is Romanian and had a good job in an office in Bucharest you just paid her 2 months salary for a few hours. That is how much you over paid!

Was my first time in Dubai and when I checked the forum I found the going rate was around 1500 to 2000 AED for LT from Premiere. I did come in quite late too (1am) and was leaving next morning so my options were limited. I came to Dubai again on Wednesday night (23rd Jan) but found Premiere and Moscow both closed and was informed that all clubs were closed that day.

Also because it was getting later in the night she should / would have been thinking about how many offers she had received and should have been ready to negotiate but then again there are a select few who don't budge from that price there. Unfortunately fo us mere mortals due to the large influx of people into Dubai during the holiday seasons during the last year I have seen the prices bieng raised by the girls at premiere because they know some of these guys have deep pockets and don't care what they pay. The arab spring has diverted a huge amount of tourism into Dubai.
The thing that really surprises me most is that with prices being paid starting to increase is that the quality overall still seems to be declining. I think the girls here are keeping it to themselves as they know that higher quality would flood here if they knew that guys are dropping 400euro for a few hours.
The rest of the year will be interesting.

Look, if you are happy with the outcome you did not overpaid.
I live in Dubai, if I fancy a girl I can play the game and keep checking her until we eventually reach an agreement, if you are here for 1 or 2 nights you have a much higher cost of opportunity. Specially if you can not play back home.
So. Do nto agonize, do nto pay any attention to the complains of the local residents and just ask yourself "how much is THIS girl worth to me TONITE?" (
