As a very frequent traveler from Amsterdam (at least once a week) , I did look for this action and was never able to spot it. So my only conclusion can be that this action has completely seized.

The hotel were this supposedly happy is called 'Yotel', a pod like hotel in the transit area. I did stay there once and was less than impressed because of privacy, but more over temperature and sounds. There is a lot of sounds leeking through from the outside, so I can only assume that the other way also goes, not ideal for an encounter.

For an hotel outside the more controlled transit area, there is a hotel on 3 minute walking distance, called CitizenM, which I used for many fuck dates already. It is about 90 euro's a day and has rooms, nicely set up for fucking: huge beds, free porn and no real reception to keep an eye who comes in or out. You get the odd lady in the hotel lounge, but Holland has so many working girls online that having once their within 30/60 minutes is no problem. Consider going there and to be sure selecting a girl upfront from one the many sites mentioned here.

Expensive is one thing, but the three hour minimum is a bit too much for someone without a previous contact.

I cannot comment on the privates here but my experience at the RLD was pretty similar. A very mechanical and awkward experience. THere are some attractive women there but it was a lot of rules and an unsexy vibe for certain.
