The whole scoping thing is a rabbit hole of misinformation, some truths and ultimately most of the time poorly judged decisions by us which the girl has taken advantage of. In other cities where the escort scene is big (such as CDMX) I don't see as much focus on druggings and I'm not sure if it's because forum members more freely share information of the girls contact or if it's just a different environment but I would still just follow the same rules as to the other places you've been in. The clubs (Troya, Paisas, Fiebre, etc) and SF are one and the same so unless you mean that you are going to get an Uber / didi straight to the club door and same when leaving then you will also be in Santa Fe right in the middle of the SG action too. I'm guessing you mean that you will look for SG's during the day and in the evening hours you'll focus more on the clubs rather than walk around that much. Either way you'll have fun but I'the walk around in the evening as well. The area is large but also concentrated with lots of people around especially before 11 pm / midnight but ultimately your choice.
You mention that you've been to Tijuana and CDMX before and honestly if you're okay with those 2 places Santa Fe will be okay for you too. Santa Fe reminds me a very slight amount like the 2 roads leading down that hill to the alley in Tijuana, mixed in with a bit of the more bustling, larger area of something like La Merced in CDMX with there being a lot of girls but just without the same amount of people walking around from the markets but still busier than Tijuana. There's shops, carts selling food, SG's, some potholes in the road and uneven, broken footpaths, a slight uneasiness with some guys looking at you, etc but you're ultimately okay and get used to it after a while. In other ways it's nothing like Tijuana and I always find it funny when people comment about safety in SF that have come from somewhere like Tijuana because inside HK right now you've got 2 or 3 guys from the cartel freely throwing cash around which if we're being realistic is a massive safety concern especially as there's always another guy with them with a "bag" and I'm sure the bag would have its uses if something ever happened in there. Right outside the HK door you've got the "cuantos" guys openly pushing whatever drugs you want, not least to mention the occasional turf war shootings that pop up between those guys and the stray bullets that have hit the girls there along with hoping that you're not in town when a cartel leader gets taken down and the city goes into shutdown as it did recently with El Chapos son being captured. Anyways, safety seems to always be a concern for Bogota and while it's not unwarranted, it's an rld area what does anyone expect? But it also doesn't deserve the vibe that some users give it of being completely unsafe.
