It's just the same as back home: think shopping for groceries, local transport, hanging out with friends etc. Make the most of opportunities as they present themselves. Be polite and respectful and be prepared for an introductory platonic date or two if required.

To give one small example, I was in Manila when my Samsung battery charger broke and would not charge my phone, so I headed to the Mall of Asia and the Samsung store where a pretty little tech relations girl handled my case. She knew exactly what to do and told me that although my Galaxy S8 was a couple of years old they might have a charger that would work with my phone. She got the item and began to apply a charge. She said that if it succeeded in charging my phone from zero to 25% everything would be ok. So we began to chat and flirt a little as we waited for my phone to charge. She was a smart young girl and very cute, but a little shy. I complimented her on her tech savviness and how nice she was to me, yada yada yada. Her girlfriend working in the next booth heard our little conversation and suggested to my girl that she go out with me. The suggestion caused my girl to blush, so I took advantage of the moment and asked her if she would like to have a coffee with me on her break. Her reaction was priceless like Sir Galahad had just asked her out and of course she said yes, so I waited around until her break and met her at a coffee shop. The rest is history. I did not nail her on our first dinner date, but on the 2nd date we got it on and I saw her one more time after that before I left town.
I don't do a lot of amateur dating in the PI because of the emotional tug involved. The girls are fantastic and the difference in shagging an amateur vrs a pro is notable, but some amateurs, the really nice ones, leave me with a little bit of a guilt residue inside. I know it's just me, but that's why I prefer Bar Girls. No emotional strings with them. You can love them and leave them and love them again. Ha Ha. But that little Samsung girl was really nice. She still occasionally lingers in my mind.

Just returned from Angeles today. Thursday night, number of bars were closed down by the authorities, including my favourite bar. Opened the next morning once Christmas gift giving this year sorted out. Believe they requested cash, no chocolates or Chrissy caps, this time.
Experienced and trusted locals on subject of Angeles night life, say there is a downturn within AC. Started about 2 years ago, according to them. Also said a Chinese invasion began in 2019 (in addition to the established Korean one). The Chinese are reportedly from Taiwan.
Flying half way around the world on a crap airline (PAL) bedding av Wg's who rarely give GFE is not VFM in my mind, and why battle the 3rd world infrastructure too.
For the $7,500 I spent on this trip I can have 25 pretty good experiences in my home town.

NI.[/QUOTE]That is why they say YMMV, different strokes for different folks, etc. If your goal is just to use your money to get a hole to stick your dick into then of course it could be spent more efficiently locally to achieve that. Hell, where I am from in the states you can fuck strippers all day everyday for $45 each, while some guys are mentioning going all the way to PI and paying way more than that for short time. But some people like to get away and seek adventure and may not have a problem finding GFE at cheaper prices than others. Some people may also find nostalgia in the 3rd world bullshit. Everybody has different reasons for taking their trips.
Sorry to be asking here but is there any info on cebu and boracay? I'm going in Feb. / Mar. And wanted to read up on some intel or advice.
