Average for me is 200,00 k for the more girl next door with really good English but I'm doing usually 100 k in meal or activity on top of that. Untimed or overnight. They have lived north of Calle 35 or in the north.

Untimed date for 300 k for the more semi-pro that speaks very little to no English usually 3 ish hours.

Generally prices in the street are about 40-50 mil++ I actually met a really smokin hot skinny blond the other night and paid her 60 mil and it was fantastic-.

I will be repeating with her. They could be less and I have paid less-- but that is harder to find -- Today 50 mil = $11.

It is pretty much known that the government wants to stop trafficking, which IMO is synonymous with prostitution when the government uses the word, and scaring Colombian women about Americans and foreigners IMO is probably a good approach to scaring the women to stop or not to get into the hobby.

So IMO, yeah, you are right to be worried about it.
