1. According to some reports he had only visited her 4 times before deciding he wanted to move in with her. Spend 4 months with her, every day, every mood swing, before making a major decision. She might be the best you've ever found, but chances are, you're not even in her top 10.
2. When he learned that she was doing what anyone else would have known she was doing, he attacked and killed her. You just learn not to fall like a puppy for the first good pussy you've had and walk away. Replacements are easy to find.
3. After killing her he flew to Panama, to fly to Turkey, to go to (I believe) Montenegro, because it has no extradition treaty with Colombia. You take the quickest path back to the US, where you can either get a quicker flight to a safe haven, or where your family and money have a chance of keeping you from being sent back to Colombia.
According to one report, his ex-wife had a restraining order against him because of past violence. If you can't keep from beating up women, do yourself a favor and never leave the US. Sure, you belong in prison, but you're almost certainly better off serving your time in the US.
