"Natural" products can be damned dangerous, if used at the wrong doses and too often. For instance, in your list, Calcium and even more Vit D can create severe damages if taken at too high doses too often.
It is a common belief that if something is "natural" it's safe. Well, most dangerous poisons are natural: arsenic, digitaline, mushrooms etc. And often far less studied than drugs.
