For 20 years I have only met everyday normal chicks to date, unless I was out at a hooker spot or on a hooker website. Never set out to meet a regular chick and she turned out to be a hooker or wanting tuition or rent money or anything like that.

Therefore meaning, substitute whatever excuse she happens to be using that day. Be it, "Daycare fees", "Fees for my child's school" or "Medicine for my mother". Who really knows what crap they eventually use the money for. It could indeed very well be actual tuition. To me it doesn't matter the excuse.

Paola Ariza, and the one that just came into a windfall from the poor unsuspecting ATL guy).

For me, 100% of the time, I also get these type of "scam-like" requests from Brasileiras, albeit pros or semi-pros.

So given my explanation and usage of the word "tuition" in quotes and the general slant of the conversation at the time, it meant I was applying the usage to "scammers" and "non-regular girls", who want something for nothing.

As I said, I don't mind if they earn their "tuition".

Is it more open than Medellin? I think I will be there for 2 nights next weekend-just wondering if anything is open--especially Massage Zero Stress or another casa? Wondering if there are weekend curfews / lockdowns like in Medellin? If I can go to places like zero stress on a Friday Saturday and Sunday then I will go on a Friday, otherwise, I would just fly in Monday.

Curfew in Barranquilla will be ending Monday with the exception of May 30 (Mother's Day) when nobody can go out from 5 am until midnight. One of my chicks said they will celebrate it early.

Countrywide infections are going down. And the compromise seems to be 10:00 pm curfew 7 days a weekcontinued alternate days shopping and lockdowns on public holidays.

Ya know, this great city gets almost zero recognition on here. I for one love it and although I have been to Medellin, Bogota and Cartagena, my favorites are Barranquilla and Santa Marta. I am going back for a few days covering the 4th of July and am wondering if any other Gringos will be on the coast to hang out and exchange war stories?

I will fly into Barranquilla spend a couple of days, Berlin it over to Santa Marta for a couple and then back to Barranquilla for a day of so and leave.

The last time I was there in early April almost everything was shut down and you were mostly confined to your hotel area so I picked some of the more high end ones that had more stuff available. Hoping this time more of the clubs and nightlife are available to enjoy.

Any boots on the ground there or anyone who has just been in the area could you please confirm nightlife and maybe a few locations to check out?

I was just in BAQ for a few days. At Zero Stress met a super cute, petite negra named Nikol. 120 k for an hour plus 30 k for BBBJ. Beautiful young girl who provided excellent service. However, I did notice today that there are several 5 star hotels at really cheap prices such as the Prado and the Sheraton. Low $40's. Are these hotels close to the spa action, like the places you visited? If a place has a nice pool, then I could see hanging out in BRQ for a fellow days, as sightseeing seems rather limited after my visit to Cartagena. And the prices you were paying for the chicas were very reasonable compared to CTG.

Also, wondering if BRQ hotels are girl friendly compared to CTG? The five star hotel I am staying in CTG does not allow unregistered guests. Period.

Period.[/QUOTE]Yeah, preCovid, I had no issues bringing in women to the hotels. I stayed at the Hilton one time and the GHL the other. I actually liked the GHL better and it is cheaper. I remember having AC problems at the GHL though.

I found women from [URL]seeking.com[/URL] to hang out with. I ran into four stunning beauties there. All of them fucked the shit out of me, and 3 of the 4 did not want excessive amounts.

Thing with BAQ is that it is boring. Maybe if you hit the spas, you can lie them up and bang a dozen or so over time, but I think you have the right idea. You get a girl or two, hang by the hotel pools, eat a good dinner, maybe take them dancing later that night. I liked BAQ and the women there, but I asked guys what to do and the consensus was there is nothing.

And yeah, GHL is a 4 star hotel and costs $48 a night on [URL]hotels.com[/URL] and you probably get it cheaper than that. I think if you had a routine there things may not be boring and could work out to be fun.

One thing I did do was that there is a food mall right on the river with like a dozen different restaurants that I went to that was pretty cool.

Another poster struck gold there with Colombia cupid. I have not used it (not enough hotties for me on it) but if I did, the first place I would check is BAQ.

For me, BAQ is a big, busy, and not all that attractive city, but I'm there for work, not mongering, so I'm not looking at it as a vacation spot. If it wasn't for work, I probably wouldn't visit. I stayed at the Barranquilla Plaza which has a pool and is pretty cheap. YMMV, but if you make a reservation for 2, you should be ok. Over the years, I've had maybe 6 or 7 girls there and have never been charged extra and have had no problems. Walking distance to Zero Stress, but you'd need a taxi to get to other spas. Often on doncolombia the review mentions if the girl is the one in the photos from another site like mileroticos, but, as you say, that can be a toss of the dice which I also try to stay away from. No harm in asking for photos. Andrea was indeed the girl in the photos. She's not drop dead gorgeous, but I found her quite attractive and we hit it off really well. Of course anything can happen, but I've been with at least a dozen different girls in BAQ and haven't had a negative experience yet. You might have to scroll down a ways through this thread, but you'll find the google map for Barranquilla spas and can check proximity to your hotel. Hope that helps.
