I met this Miguel (or Mike) on Avenu Sexta (near the Hotel Don Jaime). Selling flowers and making recommendations on casas. He didn't seem harmfull to me. Good to tell about other experiences. And about the the camera set up on the corner near the Don Jaime.

Maybe you want to share why Gustavo, porter of Don Jaime is NOT on your good side anymore! Didn't seem a bad guy to me.

I guess you are right and that as a rule of thumb you should never trust any pimp. Also on La Sexta I was offered "other stuff" by a number of junks. Creepy guys.

Well finally around 9:00pm I was able to hit the street, and asked the driver for a house and we went to a place called el faraon 2 beers (poker) 10kcop, around 8 to 10 chicas, mostly 5´s and 6´s quoted 20KCOP for "el ratico" about 20 min from a girl called vicky and she also quoted 100KCOP for "amanecida" all nighter, but they closed to hit other place and we went to aplace called kathy o casablanca, is in the south part of cali all cab drivers know the place. is like huge corner house, nice tables, I am a newbie at this, and I found amusing their call system, as soon as you cross the doorman rings the bell all the chicas come to your table and intruduce. well same deal all of them on their 20´s but nothing great about 6 girls mostly 5´s and one 8 corona 9kcop and service 20k it was late so off I went with the 8 her name was cata, rooms are clean but service was rushed and she was concerned with the cell phone, and I am jus doing this for a while yadada yadada CBJ, I really did not want FS so she took care of business and off I went, the doorman metioned that they open at 6:00pm and close around 8:00am, and the quality gets better ond thu,fr,sat, well this is my first report, will report from las profesinales tomorrow.

I have met Ramon several times, though never "hired" him. I HAVE heard stories of him charging STEEP tariffs to guide newbies who have no sense of values in Cali.

Ricker: another idea if your friend MUST have an English speaker (you know who I'd reccommend if he does not require a bi lingual guide) is Andres. MUCH younger and hipper than Ramon, and not a chulo at all, but looks like a great wingman for chasing non-pros AND guiding your friend to the puterias too. Ramon has a reputation-for leading sex tourists-which would NOT endear you to local nonpros at all (quite the contrary-kind of like staying at the Medellin Mansion and trying to bring "nice" girls there) . NOT advised.

Bill might have Andres number. I had it long ago (I had debated taking him as guide over to the beaches past Buenaventura but decided the better of it). I could maybe find it if you think a youngger wingman is more suitabvle for your buddy. Suerte.

Cali is not so bad, but is nothing like Cartagena. You can find chicas in cali, you just need to know where to go, have to speak spanish and always be on your guard. Cali has some very rough areas.

thanks for your advice. I think Catagena is more touristic town than Cali, the prices for fucking are higher, less girl friends and more prostitution.

No you don't make a mistake. If you find a chica and you like her and you are happy with her, then more power to you. Cali is less money for fucking and for restraunts, hotels in cali, are kind of expensive though.
