Said some gals were even looking at their phones and others were leaning against the wall. Blame the mamasan. Guess they all think they are princesses. What would really help would be standardizing the service. If you want to work here, this is what you will need to be able to do and this is how we treat the customers. It's not so much about training the ladies, as it is about giving them a good incentive to do their best.

For Amsterdam 6. 30 PM usually has a fair few girls. Often no lookers available. You have to be very patient and wait for one of the better girls to come out. The good ones don't sit for long.

The ones at Addict that do give good service are busy all the time and from what Sandy says the busy girls tell the slackers what they need to do to get repeat customers, but to no avail. A busy girl can make well in excess of 5 k baht a day. Some probably close to 10. If that ain't motivation enough, then they are in the wrong profession.
