Just a word of caution PC, I've not had much luck with Uber from the airport, as the cars seem to congregate more in the business districts such as Makati and Ortigas, where I never have problems getting one. My standard transport mode from the airport is one of the white coupon taxis, which operate on a fixed rate, non-metered system. The amount depends on the distance traveled by zone. I travel from the airport to the Fairmont which, according to the taxi service is Makati 1. The fare is Php330, which is about 100 pesos more than a yellow metered taxi would be. The difference is that I don't have to wait for a taxi, don't have to worry about a driver giving me a story about his meter, or deciding to take a creative route. I always have the drivers take the skyway, which adds another Php20 to the cost.
GE.
GE I'm not sure about Manila but in most cities Uber drivers are specifically told they may not pick up at airports but may drop off without problem. Certainly I've never managed to get one from NAIA. Others may have different experience.
What should I be paying them or should these be freebies? In the 20 yrs of mongering, we all know that there is no free lunch or pussy in the whole world.
Some I try for LT, some I will just pull a Skogis. LOL.
PC out.
Correct, its never truly free but its very possible to have an instant GF who will practically move in & bang on demand in exchange for meals / gifts / chance of marriage. Alternatively you can pump & dump in which case P1 k. P2 k is fair & reasonable fir a non pro on a per visit basis. The cheap charoies who try to con the women into providing sex for absolutely nothing at all times I will let you make up your own mind about. I believe in karma & its good business to have a rep as a generous payer. Up to you.

Arriving this Friday by KLM from Amsterdam I thought I was home free. All the time KLM have changed their arrivals into the Naia T3. Well, around 7:50 pm (a bit delayed arrival) I was first in line out from the aircraft. As usual none of the conveyr belts in T3 was working. I don't know why they have the walkways as I so far haven't seen they worked one single time. Well one belt was working, hehe. Anyway, my bag popps out as the second one. Priority taggs works sometimes.
I try to be a economical figure and I bring my bag and myself up to the departure level to take a metered taxi. Fuck what a long line of people. I turn I go back. Of course in Naia it is no escaletor going down so I do the stairwalk.
I give in and a lady is calling me: "you want taxi". I say yes and I go Makati. She tells me it is 1750 piso bcs it is nighttime. I don't want to start the discussion as it is realy busy. I just want to go to my hotel and start the sessions.
The taxidriver is a nice guy and he, from the skyway, takes the 3 exit to Makati. We make a swift stop in line of Holiday Inn hotel. I grab my bags and walk to the Ascott (much faster).

Anyway, I'm sure the couple of DIA girls will get food fun and frolic LOL and depending on hotness in and out of bed, any little sisters she can pull in, and level of sex she will get more sure.
I changed some Pesos here in HK and it was good 5000 p for 875 HKD, how did I do guys?

AV.
Although, I would add that the moving in is convenient in the sense she will also do your laundry (by hand,) keep house and cook, without ever being asked and even in fact if you don't want her to, but there come a lot of expectations with it as in you will soon be putting a ring on her finger. Be careful what you kind of get sideways-wrangled into with instant girlfriends. I would far prefer to put cash up front than try to extract myself from that shit. But yes.
AV's prices sound correct for Manila, I avoid that place so I wouldn't know. In the provinces it's half that, I. E. 500 to 1 k for a non pro on a per-visit basis. I'm pretty firm about 500, that's what the locals pay and I don't pay double for groceries or rent so I don't see why I should do it for pussy.

I like good pussy and affordable as the next guy and HK and Macau so expensive that its 60% off in Manila or more even in the country. Gosh 500 p is like $12. I'm all in.

AV.
I have gotten Uber twice at the airport. The drivers didn't seem at all concerned about picking me up, but on most ocassions there just aren't any cars in the vicinity. Of course it's never an issue finding someone in Makati to take you to the airport.
Skogis, I agree with everything you said about T3. It's a slum, and remember it's the newest terminal. The whole airport is pretty much of a disaster zone. I noticed that about two weeks ago, as I was leaving Manila, that the roof was leaking.
Though I've been an avid user of mass transit in other countries in which I've lived, I never use it (aside from taxis) here. The jeeps are uncomfortable, hot, slow and, in my view not all that safe. The MRT is too crowded, inefficient and unreliable, and it often goes nowhere near where I want to be. As I've written before, I've become an increasingly frequent customer of Uber, as it's the safest, most comfortable and reliable transport option I've found here. The Uber X cars are no more expensive than taxis and never try to rip you off.
GE.
I've tried using Uber a couple of times in Manila, from the airport, but it seems that Uber drivers are always like 25-30 minutes away. Maybe I'm just arriving at bad times? I'm sure Uber will catch on, and many more drivers will be available over time, but I haven't had much luck so far.

PC out.
First of all do not think about what you should pay. Meet them, have fun with them and see. Grade the service on a scale and pay accordingly. Some are really sweet and I would hate to short change them. Some are mechanical and I would pay 1000 pesos. Some are mercenary and demand money. For these girls it is better to negotiate and agree on a amount before you touch them. If agreed pay the agreed amount and if not come to an agreement just give her taxi money and let her go.
Some members may disagree with me saying never negotiate the fee. But you will save yourself lot of headache if not agreed before the act with some girls. I remember with one girl whose pussy had a smell and I told her I am not in the mood and tried to get rid of her. She did demand 1500 pesos. Ultimately agreed to pay her 1000 pesos. I do not want any drama calling the security etc. You win some and you loose some.
In general most of the DIA girls I have been with are nice and some are absolute GFE and in rare cases few did not want to accept money. However I have put money in their purse in spite of their protest saying it is for her to buy something as a gift from me.
My advice is be generous and treat them nice.

Last week none of the walkway's were working and the Emirates check girl was moaning about them and T3 in general but admitted she preferred T3 to T1. Even the cabin crew said the same but sad also they were ashamed of both terminals.
There is an elevator which I use at times but depending on the time can busy and it is slow but useful if you have lots of bags (and time).
Now the taxi scams. Yes the white ones (fixed fare Makati is PHP 440 to Burgos area) also are scammers as some hang in the queue and you think they are fixed fare but are not. I was asked as you were noted the fare as PHP 440 and was immediately asked to go to the front of the queue LOL There I complained and the guy said "say it to the policeman on duty" - so I did and pointed out the people.
Tourism is supposed be targeted as a key revenue source but the persistent scams on tourists will not help the image nor will T1 etc being voted in the world's worst airports continually (unlikely to stop IMHO for many years due to the slowness and incompetence of those in charge) - for comparison, Emirates T3 was constructed in about 24 months and is really very nice, very efficient, clean and the air cons work LOL.
And while T3 is not great it is miles better than T1 and is cooler than T1 but I don't think the air cons are working properly. But in the Philippines we must be thankful for small mercies.

GE.
I had to walk through T3 with a broken foot a few weeks ago. No passenger assistance available and of course the people movers inside weren't working. When I got outside there had to have been 100 people in line for yellow taxis, with no taxis in line. I did an about face, hobbled over to the white coupon taxis and paid 540 to get to where I was going. Yes, twice the price, but I'd still be in line waiting for a yellow taxi as I write this. Is that the best they can do with their newest and most modern terminal? No passenger assistance and no people movers? The problem is that they won't pay for services or repairs, but then again, they never paid for the terminal either.

I recall arriving once and due to some strange reason, instead of being allowed to go down the steps to immigration, they made us go left, then right, then right then right again,. Ie made us walk three quarters of the way around the teminal and could then go down the steps to immigration. With no people movers, and the smell of pussy in the air, that was one long walk.
Then again arriving in Heathrow London last week, there was a sign on exiting the plane that said " Nearest toilets, 20 minutes walk ".
Private taxi, i.e. one that is not licenced by the gov't. Google it. It's a big deal in many cities around the world. You can download the app to your mobile.
I didn't know they had Uber in Manila, interesting but in any event to cut down on taxi wait times to 0. I just go up the stairs to the departure drive and pick up a city cab dropping people off. No line and they don't have to wait either.
