Santa Fe girls are street urchins. They will give you all covered, mechanical service. One and done. But cheap though. If you want high end girls (good looking, intelligent, english speaking, etc but not necessarily super experienced), and you got the coin, I would skip SF entirely and stay in a different neighborhood.

It's also really odd to stop walking forward if you see a lone person in front with no one around you, it probably makes you look even more like a potential victim. I feel like normally I always keep distance from guys who're walking solo, but the incident definitely adds reason to also keep some distance from girls.

I'm really not sure what advice to give, except potentially maintaining further distance? For the part about it's really odd to stop walking forward, I don't think so at all. If I'm alone in a sketch area and I see anyone at all walking towards me, I prefer crossing the street or moving sideways. No one gets within 6 feet. I've only had one experience where some guys were following me for a couple of blocks, but nothing more.

He is sounding like a woman with this wish list. A girl under 20 is going to be way under 20 in Santa Fe. They are going to be Venezuelan immigrants and they are probably going to have more experience than him. And he could end up in jail behind it. If she is good looking, smart, and spoke English, she is not going to be under 20 and she probably would not be a hooker in the first place. She would be off at a real job.

Less experienced good looking girls for weekend dates, and santa fe girls for weekday evening (and possibly weekday afternoon) boom boom. Also lining up some dates from ColombianCupid. If I get an inexperienced girl from Seeking or CC that doesn't give me puta vibes I might take her for some overnight stays woth me if I explore some areas nearby Bogota. I am staying Tequendema as weekday boom booms in Santa Fe after hours of attending Zoom meetings is something that I like. Mechanical or not, I like to look at the spectacle that is Santa Fe, pick a cute "street urchin", get my rocks off fast on weekday evenings and go to bed. Maybe my plans with Seeking won't work the way I am envisioning, but nonetheless it is an experiment that I want to try.

That corner though doesn't have sidewalks on the other side. For my upcoming trip in 3 weeks I am currently booked at Hyatt Place Convention Center. Any idea if this hotel is in a good area with restaurants within walking distance? Hotel is highly rated and most reviews say it is in a safe area. However it is not in Chapinero and after reading multiple posts here I am debating whether I should switch to another hotel in that part of town.

You won't find super hot girls in those places. It was the case years ago, you always had a few hidden gems amongst the crowd of GND in those brothels but since 2 to 3 years, it's over, only remain the not so attractive girls. Reason is that prices are too low, you pay 70 to 80 k per hour, girls pay 20 k for the room so she is left with 50 k per h.
