You do see SPA's inside the airport but they are professional ones. Take the cab from the airport to Nana Plaza. Thats the red light district in Bangkok and its perfectly legal. Its about 30 minutes drive from the airport and would cost in the range of 600 baths. Over there you get all you need.

I had negotiated for 7k, reached the spot and was asked to wait for 15 min. It ended up being 1. 5 hours waiting period. Lost interest and headed back. Half way through the SP calls and ask me to come as the girl was late. This is the second time happening like this with the SP, not so reliable.
