It was described with the surroundings and how car park protect number plates, etc though they have not put the name directly.

My two cents: Pooling the cash is a good idea. Someone with "contacts" can then organize the girls per the budget. I would say that finding a private place would be the most difficult.
Contribution: I will definitely set aside a 5-figure sum for this. I will purchase PM feature so that we can keep in touch.

Russ. And Uzbekz are readily available. Had few for a private party recently. Was pretty good but they were not for swapping, served two pops to a single guy the rest didn't get any real action. They were with us all night, naked dancing, private dancing and few lucky chaps had few extras which were classified. Even with the premium price we paid for it they were not up for swaps or multiple guys. If you state your conditions prior you might have a chance though.
