I have to tell my self to make notes on the bad sessions though. If a girl looks good enough but performs badly, forgetting her could mean accidentally choosing the same girl a 2nd time in the future, and part way though another bad session, starting to remember her. Our brain is selective. It does not want to store memories of what was really boring. So if a guy forgets a girl from last week, she must have been incredibly boring.
