Girls get fined if they claim they are not right to be able to work. This is the case even at Tulip.

Complaints about poor management here are not really fixing anything. I am just interested in finding great girls ti keep repeating. If a girl is great for me I don't care exactly how good the management is. She may even tell me about her issues with the way the shop is run. Girls are not Robots. The management has lumited influence on the girl other than firing the girls. What causes girls to get fired? One reason Tulip was great back in the day was Saeng kept a performance standard and the looks were always ok. Her mantra was "all girls do everything" and that was the truth. Never had to worry about wasting money on a non-performer. That is the way it should be in every shop. The only thing you should have to consider is who is attractive to you.

Not all gals could cut it. Those that didn't would hit the road fairly quickly. I still say that overall Tulip has the most consistent performers. However, looks there are just not good at all now.

When we have a bad session we need to man up and tell the mamasan that things were not hunky dory. And she will listen, especially if we are long time customers.
