Unlike some here who should know better, the training, oversight, and general atmosphere maintained at particular PSE shops is critical to the service given. If it were not, service at Nataree would be on par with the service given at some of the better PSE shops. It clearly is not, and one would be hard pressed to conclude it is just a fortuitous difference in service levels that has nothing to do with training and / or the standards of service required at the various venues.

Sure, even at a PSE shop there will be under performers, but the average level of service will be much higher than, e.g., at many soapies, and there is a reason for this that goes beyond the fact the better soapies may have better looking girls. Does one doubt the propensity of CBJs at Nataree, for example, vs. the complete lack of them at the PSEs (perhaps with the very rare exception) reflects on the management practices at the respective places?

Clearly though service at the PSEs has diminished on average over the course of the last few years. I suspect this may reflect the competition among PSE places for girls as the number of PSE places has increased and as the non P4 P job market has gotten better. As a result there may be hesitancy by the managements to require the high standards of service previously required owing to this may make it more difficult to recruit girls to work for them. In other words, rather than compete for customers, many of these places are likely now competing for employees and consequently may have softened what they require of their employees.

If the mongering community made clear they would only patronize these places if service levels were high, perhaps the pendulum would swing back and the PSE oilies would concentrate as much on competing for customers as they now seem to do competing for the girls. One part of this is letting management know if a girl's service is sub-standard and making it clear sub-standard service translates into no return visits. And given management at some of the places does read forums such as this one (as evidenced, e.g., by some responses from a PSE shop that were made here to a post about it I posted here some time ago), posting complaints here is not a futile exercise, but represents one other way to get through that competition for customers is as important as competition for employees.

I'm not suggesting we will ever get back to how things were a few years ago, but I am suggesting we shouldn't allow things to slide without raising objections because it is only through the raising of objections the present trend towards less service can be reversed, or at least stopped.

I continue to have fun experiences in lots of venues including Annies. I don't care about the management. Only specific girls are of interest to me.

This week had only repeat girls from Crazy House, Annies, Bongkot and Mango so far. All good! All well above average looks and slim but curvy without fat legs.
