The taxi driver who has been taking me around is Angelo and he speaks no English. He is a licensed cab driver who can take payment by card. He says Italians visiting Caracas say this is the best in the Altamira area. It is called Mamma Nostra. We talk about all sorts and how everything is in Venezuela.
