The whole lobby is under construction and just dark and sad. The entrance is on the 5th floor and is clean enough. Then I was told to wait in a rundown large cafeteria room and sit on couches with untold stains and holes. Some really bad looking food was on a buffet down the way and the guy brought me a glass of water I wouldn't have drunk even if I was dying of thirst. Of course I was there for other purposes, and a good curvy Viet with a nice round ass was available. OK, bang and go I thought -- and for only r228 why not.
Didn't get a name, didn't care enough.
So a guy shows just me up some dark back staircase with trash and dirt strewn about. Um, ok this is dicey but I RTFF and didn't feel in danger.
My immune system did, however, as we came out onto the 6th story floor and the carpet has massive water stains, doors were open to gutted rooms, and the ceiling was black from mold from leaking ACs. I don't think I've been in a place this bad before. Just so unhealthy and awful. But they had my money and I was horny.
In the room the faucet leaked and more stains / dirt everywhere. Guy made the bed with "fresh" sheets -- took fucking forever while we just stood there watching him. So bad. Hurry the fuck up! Got out of there within 5 minutes without sex and without touching anything except her.

I like the selection at the spa in Nova, if you like Bakso this is a nice place to go. But agree the rooms looks like shit. Not sure if you are able to take outside Nova.

Stay away from Nova and Soleil as accommodation! You can find better hotels for the same price.
Go there to visit their spas, maybe you find some nice girl. But both places are not "upscale". The look and number of girls at Nova were worse and less than in Soleil, on both times I paid a visit.
