Should there be ANY reason for concern to provide info on items I listed?

I have always agreed with your "optics" of Slavic women. I know two men, Black men in fact that have married Russian women. One was here on a student visa, they live in Chicago and the other I know of lives in Texas I believe. They didn't ask for anything but the basic application, the invitation letter, and the money. No problems whatsoever.

I got mine in May of 2013 directly at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Washington, D. C. without using any kind of service. They were very friendly and helpful there.

According to the US State Department website:

I filled out the standard application online, brought the paperwork and cashiers check to my appointment and was out the door in 15 minutes. It was ready 10 days later. No extra questions or hassle and I'm a 30 year old single male. I leave Friday for Moscow, my first trip to Russia. Very much looking forward to it, even with all the political shit going on right now.
