I just saw a You Tube video of the Bermuda Bar in Sosua taken a year ago. It is on Pedro Clisante off of Doctor Rosen Street.

There are always chicas sitting inside but quality is not the best, beware of a couple of chicas that sit in the back corner, they are known pick pockets. It is not really the centre of action but it is the first bar that you come to after turning the corner from Dr Rosen onto Pedro Clisante

You are much better off in Rumba Bar across the street, it is more open and the drink prices are very reasonable.
